ABS module
Before you replace the ABS module you should determine if the fault lies outside the ABS actuator. This is the self- diagnosis page from the FSM. The fault could be with an associated sensor, connector or wiring. BR-37.pdf The LED is located on the ABS control unit.

Yes - put a fuse in the spare battery circuit to be on the safe side when testing.- Fuel smell in engine bay!!
Great PM work there Peter - better safe than sorry! Just for the record for anyone else looking to prevent fuel smells from leaking fuel pipework/joints these are the OEM spring clips and FPM/ECO rubber hose available from Nissan.- Happy Birthday Gary Wilson
