  4. Welcome to the Club Trevor! Put your VIN into the search field in the link below and you can find out when the car was built and the original specification. http://gtr-registry.com/en-300zx-z32-uk-europe.php If you send me the VIN I will add the car to the registry I'm building of UK specs and their current condition. There were 1548 in total.
  5. Thank you to everyone who voted for 1547 to be one of the cars to represent the Club at the CMS@NEC '19 - it is humbling and very much appreciated! I hope you will be able to come along to the show and see the cars on our stand for the 30th anniversary year of the Z32 300ZX.

  7. Assuming that the silicon nipples have just stretched try reversing the inserts and see it that holds them firmly in place. If that works I will machine new ones for you with a larger diameter (to be determined) part that goes into the nipple.
  8. I mean the small tube/nipple part.
  9. What material is here (arrowed) - is it just silicone or is there a metal part in it?
  10. As your sub draws 10A max (the approx equivalent to the headlights being on) you could take the +12V off the powered seat feed which comes up under the driver's seat (white wire) The circuit is constant +12v and fused with a 30A fuse and circuit breaker. Circuit diagrams below: el-10-11.pdf bf-33.pdf Normally I would take the +12V feed directly from the battery, but in your case the sub is low power. If your sub blows/trips the circuit the seats and windows will stop working. Put an in-line 10A fuse in the spur to the sub. Interior trim diagrams for 2 seater and convertible below: BT-13-16.pdf
  11. Where are you going to put the s/w?
  12. MOT test today - passed with flying colours!
  13. If you need a new idler pulley bearing you can get it from here (6301 2RS/LLU/C3 Rubber Sealed spec): https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/232349937763
  14. Meow! You certainly went for outback routes - lovely views though. May need to bring a more rugged Zed for future Lakes tours...
  15. Good job all that metal rubbish didn't damage the diff's gears.
  16. I've now found the ones that came with my Carbing struts as spares. £10 inc P&P if you would like them.
  17. That engine bay certainly looks like it has been sitting for a while! Interior looks tidy. If you PM me the VIN I will look up the build date and specification for you.
  18. Thank you for supporting the Club Stephen. Now get those pictures posted!
  19. These are the genuine ones. http://www.carbing.co.jp/international/products/original/detail/3800320.shtml
