  1. The air ducts draw air in from inside the front wings. The ducting in your picture connects to items 18 and 21 in the picture below. You can remove the ducting parts as you have aftermarket. http://nissan4u.com/parts/300zx/er_z32/1993_11/type_1/body_front_roof_and_floor/front_fender_and_fitting/illustration_1/
  2. Giving up on your search then?
  3. How much of your car are you dismantling?
  4. Got the washers (28641-37P00 item 3)? New they are... Gulp! https://www.allcarpartsfast.co.uk/nissan/nissan-2864137p00-nozzle-assy-hea/
  5. Seen this? Includes the two check valves. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NISSAN-300ZX-Z32-VG30DETT-TWIN-TURBO-UK-SPEC-HEADLIGHT-WASHER-JET-HOSE/201644011365?hash=item2ef2eb6f65:g:DOkAAOSwV0RXrLu3

  7. My advice would be to contact Jim at Powerzed to get an estimate for the work involved. Original hard lines are no longer available from Nissan so will need to be made up.
  8. See Craigs post above^^^
  9. Are you talking about the flexible rubber lines that go from the body to the calipers or the hard lines?
  10. Might be worth contacting this guy on his experience: http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/general/view/2629817/Ive-had-my-plenum-heat-dispersion-coated.html
  11. While you are at it, why not paint/coat the top of the manifold black to to improve heat dispersion and apply a thermal barrier coating to the lower manifold to heads mounting surface?

  13. You must use ATF Dexron type fluid in the PS/HICAS system. Using power steering fluid will cause the PS system to break down and eventually fail. It is covered in the FSM and owner's manual (type B is TT model). There is a good write-up on PS problems and solutions on TT.net: http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/main/view/1109051/Power-steering-problems-and-solutions.html
  14. You are using the correct ATF Dexron fluid?
  15. See your other thread on this subject.
  16. To splice a S2 PTU to a S1 PTU harness:
  17. Welcome to the Club Trevor! Put your VIN into the search field in the link below and you can find out when the car was built and the original specification. http://gtr-registry.com/en-300zx-z32-uk-europe.php If you send me the VIN I will add the car to the registry I'm building of UK specs and their current condition. There were 1548 in total.
  18. Thank you to everyone who voted for 1547 to be one of the cars to represent the Club at the CMS@NEC '19 - it is humbling and very much appreciated! I hope you will be able to come along to the show and see the cars on our stand for the 30th anniversary year of the Z32 300ZX.

  20. Assuming that the silicon nipples have just stretched try reversing the inserts and see it that holds them firmly in place. If that works I will machine new ones for you with a larger diameter (to be determined) part that goes into the nipple.
  21. I mean the small tube/nipple part.
  22. What material is here (arrowed) - is it just silicone or is there a metal part in it?
