  1. It's certainly a puzzle!
  2. They do have different part numbers. Rather than the length I would suggest it is the curve of the roof on which they sit that makes the (perhaps small) difference - see below:
  3. Photos from yesterday. Lovely drive out from Boxhill in Howard's NOISY but superb car. Looks absolutely fantastic - for a wide arch! Those Work Equips really look the part. Despite the cloudy day, there was enough UV about to top up the summer tan. Great to meet up with you all and looking forward to the next B2B in my own car!
  4. Best wishes on your Birthday Dave!
  5. Best wishes on your Birthday Ian!
  6. Best wishes on your Birthday Mike!
  7. Here is a better picture of the adapter and the second picture is the metal headlight bracket it clips into.
  8. Looks to be a 26067-40P00 (item 5): http://nissan4u.com/parts/300zx/er_z32/1993_11/type_1/body_electrical/head_lamp_front_combination_lamp_and_head_lamp_cleaner/illustration_3/ Item 26067: http://jp-carparts.com/nissan/partlist.php?maker=nissan&type=132&cartype=&fig=260 I would have thought you could get one s/h.
  9. Can't see why, you have a blown bulb sitting in it now. An example of which is here:
  10. The H1 bulb unplugs from the factory holder/adapter which the connector in the photo is fitted to.
  11. The connector for the high beam bulb in the photo is for an H4 adapter to H1 bulb.
  12. I know, it's like being a kid in a sweet shop!
  13. It needs to be enough to fully engage the clutch plate and to allow the pressure plate mounting flange to properly sit on the lower part of the flywheel.
  14. .008" step - step is UP in the centre (scroll down to point 20): http://www.ttzd.com/tech/clutchtech.html
  15. More polishing. And out into the daylight.
  16. And out of the spray booth.
  17. Best wishes on your Birthday Dave!
  18. More updates on FB from the bodyshop - blue paint going on! These are just a selection.
  19. Just had a call from the bodyshop - Blue paint going on this week and all being well car should be ready to come home in two weeks time!
  20. It's a bit odd that 1 BDN is recorded on an AUDI 8 whose MOT expired 18 October 2011 when the car advertised with the same plate was in storage for 18 years. https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/
  21. Keeping them blue Chris.
  22. Thanks for the update Gary. Is it possible to say how many subscribed members failed to renew during the period?
  23. The bodyshop has posted another update on FB with more pictures showing progress with the re-spray. Pretty much done with getting the primer coat on (bumpers excepted). Exciting stuff! These are just a selection.
