I should add that you need to keep the Hi-Vis vests (one for each person in the car) within reach inside the car *before* you get out putting them on as you do. You must wear them if you are involved in accident or breakdown and are outside the car. The French police are very strict on this matter. If you are asked to produce the vest and have to retrieve it from the boot from outside then you are commiting an offence and can be fined.

Legally yes. For the last two tours in France I bought the stickers but never fitted them. On the odd occasion when driving at night I was conscious of potentially dazling oncoming drivers - got the odd flash from them. For the cost I would fit them. Enjoy the great wines!

Russ I drove around without a rear spoiler fitted for some months. Didn't stop me attending and enjoying meets in the Z32. That's what I would do in the meantime.

You have to remember that by the late '90s Nissan was pretty dysfunctional organisation with huge debts and poorly performing sales across the board. I doubt any money was made from the revised Z32 models with Nissan projecting monthly sales volume of 100 units a month.

The photo looks deceptive as to the condition close up. Unfortunately there are numerous chips, scratches, shopping trolley dings and poor resprays (most of which happened before I bought the car from Nissan). So as a thank you for 21 years of fantastic ownership she is getting a full makeover. I know the standard I'm aiming for as there are other cars in the Club who have made the grade.

Took the car out for a run in the sun today before she gets stripped down for the trip to Kraftworks for the full monty respray next month. The garage is going to feel *very* empty next month but I know the results will be worth it!
