Well i had a customer order a twinz bumper from CZP in Feb last year,It arrived in November,Covered in cracks with yellow crayon around the damage so they knew it was broken before sending it.I would say each are as bad as each other from my own experience.

I call it the radiator support panel.A new one is still available.It will involve removing the AC Condensor and drier cannister which can be tricky as the unions can seize badly and removal may cost you dearly in replacement AC parts.

The usual trick is using the wire for cutting out windscreens and sawing through the sealer

This would point to a faulty BMC.A caliper seizure would not cause excessisve pedal movement,quite the opposite in fact as less fluid is required if all the pistons do not move.

I would advise an "Italian" tune up to clear out any residue.It will need 100 miles plus to clear it out successfully.If the smoke persists on overrun its 100% leak down time then i am afraid.

Just be wary you may encounter belt squeal.Its quite common with the alloy pulleys.You have to run the belts tighter to combat it

I have a PLMS Cable from America and it had its own driver to work,Does the new lead you have not need one ?

If you swap them it will just be another Zed with a swapped speedo and a questionable mileage.That seal and the number on the sticker is checkable with Jevic in Japan

That car had a sealed speedo from Japan by Jevic.You didnt open it up did you ?

Rustbuster offer an excellent range of treatments and also carry out the work also if desired.Its over a thousand pounds to treat a car fully but they it is an extensive process.

Please dont just do the head gaskets if you are going to the trouble of removing the engine and stripping it.I refuse this job on a regular basis as it rarely ends well.By the time the gaskets blown usually other damage has been done from the overheat.Glazed bores and thinning of the oil which increases bearing wear.At the very least hone it with new rings,Have the heads refurbished and get some new shell bearings.And use OEM gaskets for peace of mind.

A board install and map at Gregs is £745.You will need an earlier 8 bit Ecu for the Nistune to fit,And an EBC installed for boost control.

Go and buy a new oil can,Get some windscreen washer clear pipe and back bleed the system squirting fluid back into the sytem.It will save loads of pumping.

You do not have to use 2 sensors but it's best. The VG will have a leaner bank usually the passenger side as the fuel feeds in from the drivers side so it can be fitted that side and tuned from that. And no you can not use the factory sensor positioning it has to be test pipe or the sensors will fail prematurely
