It is also 80% scale painted to represent Flt Lt Eric Lock’s Spitfire Mk.V of 611 Sqn. Here is a print of the real EF-Y/W3257:

What did you do to your zed today?
Another picture from Nissan's Donnington day (thank you Karen). Lovely to meet in person Ian, Simon and Fran and to see their cars in the metal. Nice talking to you Peter and seeing you give folks drives in your car aroung the Heritage Loop. It was a long day for me, but good to be part of our Club and the ZClub participating in a Nissan UK event.

Convoy to "Simply Japanese" - Beaulieu from SE
Fleet is fine by me too with 7am departure which will get us to Tesco Applemore at about 8am. Joel are you going Surrey M25 way round?

That will be your power steering solenoid valve. Connection should be as arrowed - yours have broken off.- Driver's side under dash vent
The driver's side under dash vent was missing (not factory installed) on my UK car and I'm pretty sure it is not on imports either (possibly only early 89 cars). The vent installs below the steering wheel on the lower trim and when not present normally has a plastic cover in its place. The part itself is NLA from Nissan (part #68905-51E02) and mine came from a breaker in the States which a fellow Z32 owner sent over to me - thank you. The install just involves cutting the ducting where the raised section is with a sharp knife and fixing a small piece of foam on the back of the panel to provide a seal when the panel is back in place. The vent is adjustable to point at the feet or alternatively at the crotch which is handy on a hot day!- Convoy to "Simply Japanese" - Beaulieu from SE
I will be travelling to Beaulieu via the M25 and M3 and could stop at the Cobham services (between J9 and J10 M25) if there are any others who would like to convoy down to the event and plan to go that way round the M25. It's about 1 hour 20 mins (80 miles) from the Cobham services to the Tesco's meeting up point for 8am to 8:30am, so I will be at Cobham at 6:30am for 6:45am departure.- Going back to S1 PTU - for a while
No ugly harness with the S2 PTU I have fitted. You going to carry a spare S1 in case of failure in the middle of nowhere?- can it just be me ???
- Back in a ZX after three years!
Congratulations on your purchase! Looking forward to seeing your Euro spec car being restored to her former glory.- What did you do to your zed today?
Using correctly fitted/sized hub centric rings means that the weight of the car is loaded onto axle hub and the center bore of the wheel. Otherwise the weight will be borne only by the studs (as a shear force) which they are not designed to do. Symptoms would include wheel vibration and in the extreme stud failure.- washer bottle question??
UK spec washer bottle is larger for extra motor. I changed mine out for the smaller jpsec type and used an separately mounted motor for the headlight washers. The photo may help with your problem, let me know as I will be doing the same pipework later.- Need some advice on getting ANOTHER 300zx!

What gave you that idea! I don't have that carbuncle of the plastic mount - so you saying that mine doesn't look right??? To me, the added benefit of keeping it higher is reduced turbulance (and water) to the air filters and MAFs as the filters sit directly behind the number plate.- What did you do to your zed today?
- rear wheel bearings
As far as I'm aware they are interchangeable. The small pin (arrowed) needs to be swapped over for each bearing otherwise the castings are the same (TT and NA bearings are different size). - Help please!
