  5. I could turn down those D1 nuts to fit the bore of the XXRs (assuming there is enough material left afterwards).   11. Have you tried a different Nissan dealer in another area? Also lookup the part # from an online parts website: http://nissan4u.com/parts/300zx/ and just give them that to quote on.
  12. These are the FSM specification pages for the front and rear stock suspension setup. It is not unknown for the wrong (ie Z31 300ZX) specs to be used by the aligment shop when they lookup the car's data. fa-26.pdf ra-23.pdf

  15. Stagger the joints along the harnesses to avoid unnecessary bulges when you tape it all up again.

  17. These bad boys turned up this week from the States - 62mm billet throttle bodies designed and manufactured by Robert Bastian. They are fully CNC machined from billet aluminium and are beautifully made. They have proper shaft seals (no leaks under boost) and the butterflies are a perfect fit when closed. They need the return springs and stops transferred from OEM throttle bodies and the intake manifold will need porting to the larger 62mm bore. They will be installed along with AshSpec SMICs and 2.5" IC pipe work in due course.   18. If it helps you, I can machine a spare nipple on the lathe so that you can run a drill bit true to the centre line of the threaded section.
  19. I can't see why you could not have that machined to create a new surface. The actual sealing area is shown below:

  21. "Traditional" Inorganic Additive Technology (IAT) Ethylene Glycol base. In this country (winter) 50/50 mix with distilled water is satisfactory. I change mine every two years and get it premixed from Nissan - L248 Premix Engine Coolant/Antifreeze KE902-99945.
