  1. You mean Nicola Sturgeon surely in that scenario?
  2. What does the manufacturer of your EBC specify - installation instructions? My HKS EVC install uses 6mm piping from the EVC solenoid to straight coupler to the stock piping to the wastegate actuator. (I don't know off hand what diameter the stock piping is). HKS specify 6mm for external wastgates as well.
  3. How does a vacuum flow?
  4. I'm after one of the plastic cover pieces located on the driver's side under dash trim (arrowed in picture). If you have one of these in undamaged condition then I would be very happy to hear from you.
  5. Best wishes on your Birthday David!
  6. Something will come up, be patient and don't let your heart rule your head.
  7. Best wishes on your Birthday Ash!
  8. A ConZult will monitor and test the various elements (motor, doors and sensors) of the system.
  9. The information is in the document I provided you yesterday - one is NO the other NC. You can tell which switch is which by their wiring colours.
  10. Here are the pages from the '96 FSM for the ASCD (cruise control): https://www.dropbox.com/s/kq3dg2jf216llj0/el-211%20to%20238.pdf?dl=0 Page el-223 has the conditions for the flashing "cruise" light and the corresponding diagnostics. The ASCD related switches on the brake and clutch (manual) pedals can be problematic.
  11. Very nice! I have my late father's Myford Super 7.
  12. Front pistons are 40.45mm diameter, rear 38.1mm.
  13. In the first instance, I would suggest you get your car connected to a ConZult or Datascan software diagnostics to see what the electronics are doing and what error codes are recorded (if any) for the engine and auto transmision. A list of members/traders who have the s/w is here: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?99968-Datascan-or-Consult-owners-list&highlight=consult Welcome to the Club!
  14. Have you had a look around ZClub.net? 240Zs are very much their thing.
  15. Well we won't be in the Zed, rather the panzerwagen loaded up with stuff and golden retrievers!
  16. Same as these. I should have said ~2.8mm. If you PM me your address I will post them to you.
  17. We plan to be on hols in September not that far from Chivenor, so maybe we can meet then?
  18. May I ask why you are not planning to use an EBC?
  19. What is this pin dimension in mm? If it's 2.8mm then these should work (assuming the pin locking tangs in the connector shell are intact):
  20. Assuming you are fitting these skirts and fillers then swage line is still visable along the length of the car:
  21. What do the mail pins look like (end on)? And what is the pitch of the pins in mm?
  22. Did a bit of research for you. I think LHD and RHD brackets are different. The two images below show the differences - the most significant seems to be the clutch slave cylinder to bracket mounting bolts. I've indicated this on the diagrams. I'm not sure which diagram is for LHD and RHD, but I suspect the CL-4 is RHD. You could compare your bracket against them. There is a RHD NA being broken (parted out) on the UK eBay site. I pretty sure it belongs to one of the members on here. Why not contact the seller and see if you can buy the bits you need? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nissan-300zx-JDM-Import-Breaking-For-Spares-Wheel-Nut-/151635255987?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item234e2a62b3&autorefresh=true
  23. Well it's worth a look and running through the MOT history of the car will help.
