I need a driver

Hi all

 

Bought one of these on eBay I know there cheap Chinese ones but when it arrived the driver CD was broken in half. I've searched everywhere online for this driver and had no luck. Windows 7 will not find it nor will Vista . Was wondering if anyone on here has one of these and could email the driver many thanks uploadfromtaptalk1439276995803.jpg

    Yes I've tried many programs also used 3 different RS232 serial usb adaptors also it sees the adaptor but not the consult tool this is the problem I checked other feedback and it seems that many buyers have received the item along with a broken CD. I emailed the Chinese makers and they are trying to sell me the driver the cheeky c***s! Lol
