  5. I don't have an opinion on them from a performance point of view. However to me they feel a bit of a half way house to doing the job properly using replacement bushes, but I could be wrong. I would be interested to hear from someone who has had first hand experience with them.
  6. Thanks for sharing your lovely photos from the day.
  7. True, the cover photo looks like it was taken at your workplace...
  8. Welcome and well done on restoring a Euro spec Z32! Thanks for sharing your experiences.
  9. Thought I would share this article published in Performance Car magazine back in April '91 which compared the 300ZX against the Honda NSX and Porsche 911 (as front, mid and rear engined cars respectively). The magazine cover used the "Supercar Showdown" title for the three cars. The "final frontier" section made me smile with the 300ZX getting Gawp Factor 5 plus! Hope you enjoy the read.
  10. The four subframe bushes are not available as OEM (unless you get a new subframe from Nissan). So you have a choice of polybushes, rubber (only from Whiteline afik) or solid (delrin or metal). There is also an option of retaining the (possibly worn out) OEM subframe bushes and using bushing collars.
  11. With the exception of the subframe bushes, they rest are available from Japan (and possibly some from the US). Nismo part#s here: nismo z32 suspension bushes.pdf
  12. Thanks. FYI - this the post on TT.net that sums up the latest info I have. It would seem that the W92477 bushes may have issues with fitment. http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/general/view/2563009/Whiteline-subframe-bushing-w92446-or-w92447-poor-fitment.html
  13. Which WL bushes did you go for (part#)? When I did some research on them a while back, there were two types made by WL which could be used in the Z32 application. As far as I can tell the WL bushes are the nearest in compliance to the OEM bushes currently available (other than buying a complete new subframe).
  14. Welcome and look forward to seeing your car in the metal. Your 300ZX journey starts today!
  15. Hubert, it would be great to meet you again at the NEC. I hope you can make it! As Simon has mentioned our next French adventure is being thought about, so with your help we could make it something special!
  16. Lovely black convertible.
  17. Car belonged to TwinTurboPete on TT.net. Highly modified! http://www.twinturbo.net/ttnetrides/rides.aspx?user_id=35
  18. Lovely jubbly! Just needs to find a caring new owner.
