  4. Nismo 54476-RS590 bushes are available to press into the arms. They are solid rubber and are harder than stock, but softer than poly bushes.

  12. If you do decide to split the powder coated ones the split line would not normally be visable once the calipers are mounted and wheels back on. The main reason I mentioned not splitting calipers was based on my knowledge of AP calipers which have the caliper bolts thread locked and can be difficult to remove without damaging the threads. This may not apply to the Brembos.
  13. Allthough this is for AP calipers the information you requested is the same. Leading caliper configuration - larger bore at bottom. Nipples up. Personally, I wouldn't split calipers unless absolutely necessary.
