Rare parts thread
The title says "Z32 emblem candy pink use (silver emblem)" and the 62889-40P00 part number on the packaging is for a black and silver badge. The badge looks like a red and silver one in the listing.

Not that I am aware of Gary. The car was featured with four other Z32s in a Performance Car magazine article in June '95.

brake fluid - which dot
Yes you can, DOT 3 will have lower dry and wet boiling point temperatures than DOT 5.1. By mixing the two you will drop the boiling point(s) of the whole fluid but otherwise they are compatible.

brake fluid - which dot
If you have put DOT 5 in then you will need to flush the system out.

brake fluid - which dot
DOT 3/4/5.1 fluids are polyethylene glycol based, and are suitable for our cars. DOT 5 is silicon based and is not compatible with polyethylene (DOT 3/4/5.1) fluids nor is not suited to ABS brake systems.

NEC 2016 - Bring your Zed
For myself, the standard I felt comfortable exhibiting the car at the NEC Classic car show was for her to look, feel and smell as she could have done when coming off the Shatai line in November 1993. That's the OEM+ benchmark I aspire to and having walked around the rest of the show pretty much all of the cars I saw were immaculate original examples of their marque in every detail – bodywork, wheels, interior and engine bays. Although my car was not to the unbelievably high standard or originality of many of the cars I saw, she didn’t look out of place either and I was happy with that and the reception she got along with the other two Z32s on the Club stand. I came away from the show appreciating that every detail counts when presenting cars at this level.
