Someone will want this... Red and gold badge http://page4.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/d18428345

The title says "Z32 emblem candy pink use (silver emblem)" and the 62889-40P00 part number on the

packaging is for a black and silver badge. The badge looks like a red and silver one in the listing.

Hmm, didn't actually translate that listing. Looked gold to me.

They're really nice! Something that could easily come off tacky, but they're very well done.

To be honest, I'm not digging them at all, I think Andy's (Phutumsch's) led rears look a lot more OEM:yes::thumbup1:

Just a FYI - I'm not sure those are Altia sill covers. This is a photo I have of genuine Altia covers. Note the smooth kick

up at the B post ends and the black edging to the covers. Altia covers are aluminium whilst those in the listing look stainless

steel.

Nice yes please if I knew how that site worked I could make a big dent in the wallet

I haven't bought anything from it yet, but if you click the "Overseas Customers" link near the top you can use the Buyee site which is in English. Certain items won't be shipped outside of Japan though unfortunately.

I got set up for it, when I was bidding on a Veilside exhaust back in May last year, you have to register your bank card to your account but it was a little messy as I had awful trouble bidding and confirming bids with them, in the end I lost out on the Veilside by €90 as I'd no WIFI as I was driving through France. Took a different approach after that and nagged Dave to sell his Abflug which is pretty much the same setup and rare as hens teeth:yes::thumbup:

It isn't easy buying stuff through the Japanese Yahooo Auction site. For example, their payment system won't accept PayPal or non Kana format credit cards. As Gary has said, you can use buyee, but generally for smaller items.

I have managed to purchase through the Japanese Yahoo Auctions though and managed to import my BBS wheels with the help of a friend in California and another friend who owns Daytona Racing in Tokyo. Cost me as much as a new set (however BBS don't manufacture the 9" and 10" wheels in 114.3 anymore an I didn't want 8.5" and 9.5" in a poor offset). It's very hard work getting bulkier stuff over as I also had to use a shipping agent and a Japanese courier. A right mission as there was no instruction manual on how to get stuff back in that size/weight. I had to get a Bill of Lading generated, find an export agent ad infinitum.
