Rad Overflow Tank & Coal Canister Removal??
I removed and then subsequently refitted my carbon canister system (here's why): http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?172676-Refit-Carbon-Canister&highlight=carbon+canister The coolant system is designed as a no loss system with the expansion bottle acting as an overflow and recovery reservoir for the coolant. If you want to replace the OEM one then you could go for one of the smaller aftermarket designs available:

Photoshop my wheels anyone?
Really? I know someone who has BBS LM's with red centres and they look pretty good to me.

I don't have the full throttle shift on my setup (it was an option I didn't purchase). You can read Racelogic's info on the option here: https://racelogic.support/05Traction_control/Traction_Control_-_User_Guide/09_-_TC_Full_Throttle_Shift I fitted the RLTC system myself following the guide I linked to in post 93 above.

Also available from CZP: https://conceptzperformance.com/nissan-oem-80830-32p01-door-weatherstripping-rh-22-nissan-300zx-90-96-z32_p_1111.php https://conceptzperformance.com/nissan-oem-80831-32p01-door-weatherstripping-lh-22-nissan-300zx-90-96-z32_p_1112.php- What clutch? My one is slipping :(
I'm using the RPS Max street and RPS flywheel setup (now SpecialtyZ): http://specialtyz.com/shop/default/sz-sport-street-for-vg30dett-and-vq35s-242.html http://specialtyz.com/shop/default/sz-flywheel-vg30de-tt.html Smooth take up, heavier pedal feel than stock, but not so much as to be tiring. Flywheel has rebuildable facing. JoelyP is using the later version: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?182696-Clutch&p=1886818&viewfull=1#post1886818- HKS Air Filter
Not as far as I know. Have you tried one of the distributors? http://www.hkseurope.com/where-to-buy.html- HKS Air Filter
HKS filters are the dry type (don't oil). HKS state replace every 6 months or 6K miles. I do mine every 12 months as I do less that 3k per year. Be wary of HKS filters on eBay as a lot are not what they seem (ie fake). I have bought from SumoPower as they are an official HKS distributor: http://www.sumopower.com/product/70001-ak022 (other colors/sizes are available from them).- Black TT Pstonheads

- home made intercooler ducts ?
These guys were made from .032" (.08mm) aluminium. The pictures in the link also show the construction method. http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/general/view/2341516/My-latest-project-Intercooler-ducting.html- Richie's "Blue Thunder" Build Thread!!

- What's this plastic pipe??
You will then find that the space left behind makes for a good place to put HID ballasts.- Speedo doesn't work
Does the odometer work?- Downpipe questions
Plus the 2.5" SMICs...- Downpipe questions
As you asked about SZ 3" downpipes this is Greg@SZ detailed post on them. http://www.twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=general&msg_id=2033426 They do make a difference even with 2.5" for the rest of the system. You can also see follow up posts from folks using some/all of the 3" parts in their cars.- Downpipe questions
I think you need to decide what level of power increase you are aiming for. What have you in mind? The Z1 2.5" design is 1st gen and was superseded by the SZ/Labree 2.5" design (see CZP). But again depending on you goals could still work for you.- Downpipe questions
