More vibration woes....
You could try turning the prop 180deg, ie unbolt from the rear diff, turn and rebolt up, may be a slight balance issue. Are you sure you have the correct size spigot rings for the alloys, they are the plastic rings which sit inside the alloy to make up the difference from stock 66.1 to whatever the inner diameter of the alloy is

Look forward to seeing more pics :thumbup1: The top pipe feeds to the top hose on the rad and the bottom pipe to the lower rad hose, so they are wrong, also looks like a load of steam on that top hose in the pic. Get some of your own pics up to double check  Should look like this

Front upright
You need the axle stand or jack off of the subframe or suspension parts and jack it on the jacking point or you are compressing the bushes. Yes AIV probably deleted in the system but associated parts not removed.
-
Front upright
Might even be a drop link, which is even easier to source and fit :thumbup1:
-
Dash cover
I remember seeing Ish on West coast customs using a steamer on some seats lol, thought it was a possibility. Im talking generally, not on your dash lol
-
Timing marks
Mind you have you retention-ed it yet, might pull it back the few mill you need
-
Timing marks
Probably a duff angle in the pic but the crank looks not quite lined up
-
Dash cover
would a steamer or an iron help with the wrinkles? Obviously you have to be careful not to melt the glue or get the timing right while the glue is still wet enough to move the material
-
Timing marks
Here you go Ali for peace of mind, looking at the pic it looks ok so far, but you need to make sure the crank is correct  http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?135139-Align-timing-belt&highlight=timing+marks
