Hi bud, I seen your stillen intercooler ducts for sale. Are these a direct, bolt on replacement for the standard ducts? How much are you looking to sell em for? Thanks

Presented one of my zeds for MOT today.... and it passed with only a couple of minor advisories! very happy indeed, it goes off to its new owner on sunday :)

After a week putting in a new toad alarm and doing nearly a full interior rebuild my 91 NA went for its MOT and passed; no advisories either - well chuffed as i just sold her to my best man stewart.

I'll try to keep this simple. Currently fitted: stock injectors stock ECU MAF removed and replaced with 2 x independent filters (obviously lumpy and undriveable at the moment) This week I will be: *keeping stock injectors fitting MAP sensor fitting AEM EMS (previously run on a zed running 740 injectors) my question is this: Q. Is it possible to simply fit the MAP sensor and then replace the stock ECU with the AEM EMS but leave the stock injectors in situ untill a later date and still be driveable (ie. despite the EMS being set up for 740 injectors)?

Hi guys, Is there a trick to getting them off without removing the water pipes on the front of the engine? I can't believe you have to however nothing would surprise me. Cheers

Just treat myself to another zed , is owning 2 too many ? Anyway the central locking on an alarm fob will lock the doors but it won't open the pass side Any quick suggestions ? Also the Speedo works just fine but odometer doesn't graft at all I think its been an auto in a previous life now running a manwel box Could something have been missed ? My other ones been off the road nearly 4 years with s blown engine It's got a replacement in now just waiting to be connected up But I tell u what it ain't half good to be back in a zed again :-)

Hello peeps! Well after fitting some new shocks yesterday as always there is another new problem to sort!! My passenger Door will not open!! Tried the handle on the outside and the inside and it just will not open... The internal lock looks like it's moving when I lock and unlock it with the central locking but it just will not open using any handle... The million doller question is how can I take the interior door trim off while the door is shut!!! Im guessing a rod or something has come loose from the door release mechanism . Seeing as I was replacing my lower front ball joint and my anti-roll bar drop links, I turned my attention to the front shockies - best to replace before they totally rust away maybe? I can't really justify £500+ for coilovers, so what's a decent replacement for the standard shockies? I have Eibach springs fitted and want to keep them...what are my options? Cheers - Andy

Hi guys, What's your opinions on the 2. Standard v's updated. Had 18 before, and went back to standard and was amazed how better it drive. Then went for another set of 18 again lol, and tyres are low and standard set of wheels come up with 4 new tyres, so have put them on till get 18 refurbed with new tyres. Decided to bleed the clutch to see if it would take up any of my excessive pedal travel, Bled it from both points and it reduced the travel by half, Does this mean I can adjust the rest of the travel out from under the dash? One thing that I have noticed since bleeding, is that I get a squealing noise through the full length of the pedal travel, a bit like a rusty hinge. Is there any way I can grease/oil the offending parts?

Well after a bit of a delay finally got the zed looked over and it is getting repaired will be picked up next week and took to the body shop to start rebuilding it just need to get all the parts sorted for it now

So my car has past everything on mot bar emissions apperently its only point 1 out !! iv just been down and removed the pipe of the balance bar many on here have done !! does this actually work ?

Hi all, just a quick one. The problem I have is that last yr I manged to get some Brembo calipers for my fronts. They were off an evo. Last yr Dazvert manged to get me some brackets done. I previously had sent him a front 350z front disc but it was found to be to small when it was all set up. Could anyone give me any ideas of what size I need. Just I want to order and I'm stuck in the house. Is it 324/5mm. Cheers

I cant seem to find a write up on how you go about changing the rear indicator lights from orange to clear. Is there a write up? if so can someone point me in the right direction please! Thanks

When I lightly rev the engine, as she comes down from say 2000rpm I get what can only be described a dry bearing squeal. Could this be the cam belt tensioner bearing? or am I looking at something more sinister? If it is the cam belt bearings, is it possible to oil/grease them? If so, how big a job is it?

my car has seemed to developed a running problem. its not all the time though and mostly occurs when its wet or been raining (which is pretty much everyday recently). i thought it may have been the plugs so got them replaced with upgraded iridium ones. hasn't made a difference though. it only happens at low revs, but once i give it a bit of throttle it clears up. its starting to really annoy me now. so any ideas of what it could be and how to fix would greatly be received! by the way the car is a 90 na import.

will a tt clutch fit in an na gearbox without modification...everything bar the flywheel thanks

Got round to fitting my brake servo stopper, apexi rev/speed meter, Jecs visualpower meter and brand new pcv valves and all 5 hoses and made a custom bracket for my boost solenoid.Cant believe how much smoother the engine is with the new pcvs and hoses fitted, seems so much smoother on idle etc :)

As some of you may have noticed, Reluctantly I have my Zed FS. As enthusiast forums FS threads have turned a blank, I may have to advertise to the riff raff err ... general public :pinch: Were would be the best place without attracting too many timewasters and tyre kickers ? I'm thinking: PH - would be full of dreamers. Ebay - unsure of fees for selling a car, imagine it costs a bomb, anyone know the actual costs ? (and also a lot of timewasters I imagine). Autotrader and hope for not too many daydreamers seems the safest bet. Anyone have any input or other suggestions ?
