Im now back to the drawing board in what type of spoiler to fit to the Carbon hatch. Ideally needs to be Carbon as a painted spoiler just wouldnt look right. I bought a Carbon drift style spoiler that i liked the design of..but when it arrived it was damaged and the suppliers dont know when they will stock the spoiler again. Im thinking of this Megan racing spoiler as its a lot more subtle than most of this type but its only 55" in length without getting to my unit and measuring the boot it could fit nicely as i dont want a massive spoiler hanging over the edges of the car or virtually touching the sky. Has any one else got any ideas? Its no doubt going to be …

I have asked this before and got the answer, but I have forgotten and can't find it, but, which section is the shorter section on the SWB? Front half or rear half? I'm kinda desperately looking for a LWB NA Manual prop for my NA rear end conversion, and there is a SWB NA Manual breaker near me, last resort is just using half of that prop with half of mine if it's the front half that is shorter on a SWB, not ideal tho as I already have balancing issues on mine at the mo, might get lucky tho.....

I'm still having air leak running issues with my TT and its begining to get a bit annoying now. :surrender: I've seen other people have removed the EGR/ aiv from their engines but how much more of this mess can i remove and how do i bypass it once its gone?? Heres a diagram i found online i have no idea what this all does as the only vac hose my other car has is from the distributer to the manifold. So i can only presume most of this can be binned. Any help would be gratefuly appreciated i just want to drive it now.. :thumbup1:

  9. Quote: Product Details 300ZX Whiteline Front Swaybar Drop Links. Complete heavy duty adjustable drop links with spherical rod ends. What a pile of shite! They've been fitted just over a week and both sides have started to rust already!! apart from the rust the drivers side is fine however the passenger side is ****ed!!!! now unless Whiteline droplinks fit differently to stock droplinks and require more than 10mm of thread either end then I can't explain why in the space of 15m at a crawling pace, the thread would sheer inside??? incidentally the CZP links on the rear are spot on!!! any ideas? :blin…

OMG, I dont know how to start this thread, Im just smiling ear to ear. I got myself a fantastic Bargain imo. I just bought a totally standard 300ZX Auto Twin Turbo. The vehicle was purchased brand new by Mr Masayuki Iwamoto in Yokkaichi Japan in 1993 (although the vehicle was manfactured in October 1992) Mr Masayuki Iwamoto moved to the UK in 1995 for an indefinate period as part of his work for the Japanese Equilivent of the Ministry of Defense. He has been based at The Royal Navy Air Support Base in Yeovilton since. Unfortunately he has to return to Japan in 2 months time, and has thus sold his home and is currently renting, and has also sold his bel…

  15. Started by Rebel Scum,

Finally got my 350z Brembo calipers on the front of the old girl today and it was very straightforward, just had to drill the mounting bolt holes out from 12mm to 14mm.I purchased the brake conversion off AlanZ which included 350z Track discs (324mm), JSK conversion brackets and standard zed calipers....thanks to Alan by the way for the generous refund for having to get the discs skimmed, much appreciated matey :).....which all worked well but I thought why not fit the 350z Brembos as well!.I had to get 4 14mm caliper bolts from Nissan (nearly £14 for the 4), but the killer was £104+vat for the pad fitting kit!!!.I already had the two spring plates and was just missing th…

*cut and pasted from DW* Here's a quick video clip to help explain the situation the white Volks are 18's and are decent enough (9j/10j ET +45) and sit pretty well but I wanted something with a lip and preferably 17's as the local tyre supplier get's a lot more 17" part worns than 18" so I did a deal with reeperR32 on Driftworks for his 17's I knew that being ET -7 they were going to take a bit of adjusting to get in the arches. A bit of camber on the front (9j's) sorted them but the rear arches on Z32's are lame and as expected the rear rim lip (10j) sits a good 50mm outside the arch, with the edge of the t…

  23. I must admit that I am pretty gutted today has eventually arrived I always had a soft spot for my old LWB TT and I'd worked bloody hard getting it almost to where I wanted it then I made the fatal error of entrusting the old girl with a bunch of fookin' cowboys and that unfortunately was the beginning of the end  after several failed attempts at making the best of a bad situation, the other month I finally had to face the sad reality that the old girl had smoked her last tyre so last Friday I recieved a phonecall from the Long Haired General (the wife) saying that somebody had knocked on the door and asked if we …

Hi all, I'm Marko and I sell a gadget that projects speed onto your windscreen. (SpeedView daylight visible Head up Display) A couple of photos and a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jCP7fzrHULw The speed shown (kph or mph) will be correct no matter what you've done with tyres/gearboxes/diffs, and it's a great way to properly convert an imported car. Did I mention it being dead flair and showing up well on trackday cameras too? The SpeedView is easy to fit with the universal instructions, but it’s even easier with photos and a few tips and tricks from somebody who has fitted one before. Real enthusiasts and customer…
