Can anyone please tell me what the oil pressure guage should be reading?? Mine hovers just below centre when cold and then drops to almost nothing as it warms up. It occasionally goes back up again at cruising speed - seems almost random...is this normal? - it's a TT Auto Jap import 1990.... Thanks RobH

Got my Zed back at the weekend after having my Uni-chip re-mapped and what a difference. It felt a bit under powered recently so I got the map checked out. It was running a bit too rich. Running very Smoooottthhh now!! I can't understand why anyone else on the forum doesn't have this chip. It seems to go like the clappers. The readout when it was on the rolling road said that it is pushing out about 370 - 380 BHP at the flywheel. Is this good for a zed that has just had the chip, exhaust and intake done???. Am I still the only one with this Chip on a ZED?? I had the PTU changed aswell ( supplied by Vijay via his brother, Cheerz M8!!) so thats one less thing to g…

Hi Guys, Went to a well known Z bodyshop, and he thinks my Z might of had a prang.Both wings where they join the inner wing towards the windscreen have a gap between them and the inner wing of 5-10 mm on both sides, exactly the same.Also there is a slight patch of rust on the inner wing near the fuse box at the front.Has anyone else got this or any ideas. My manual box is having a refurb due to knackered 4 gear / reverse.. ..got a call today saying the parts supplied by Nissan don't fit! Apparently the new input shaft is different from the original, and the only way to get it to fit is too buy all the required other parts! Which the transmission people did - only to find the slip rings and ring hubs - don't fit the gears!! Grrr, what Nissan now recommend is buying all new gears and bearings!! What a load of bollocks - can I get MJS (the tranny people) to send all this shit back saying "look it doesn't fit the original, either source the correct parts, or take back all these incorrect parts"?
