Following on from my disaster after deleting my work I have realised its a FOLDER not a FILE I deleated and the down loaded progs reccomended all look for files! I have done this and no not a sausage on my folder but everthing else I deleted with it any help that you can give PLEASE! my accountant.tax officer will fry me alive. Jeff TT

Hi folks, When I'm doing over about 60mph and go to stick her in 5th she ain't happy about it! This gets worse the faster I am driving. If I move the gearstick slowly then it's OK but if not it makes that grindy crunch noise. It's not the end of the world or anything, just wondering what it might be... Ta, -Stu

...me, again!!! Right let's talk about tyres and stock Z alloys shall we? Because my rears were slicks about a month ago I had some cheap and shitty Marshalls fitted on the back. Reason? Coz I've got 18's on order for when the car goes in to PPS so bugger all point in putting Bridgestones on! So all is fine, until about a week ago. I was driving back to de Wales...Aiiiiiiiiiiiii...from darn sarf and noticed some nastey wheel wobble starting to develop through the stearing wheel. Carried on driving around, anyway, yesterday I came back down to work(270 mile journey) and fuck me! I thought the stearing rack and the front wheels were gonna drop off on…

My drivers side, front side light is'nt working, so i opened it up and checked the bulb,looked ok. Then i thought i'd pull the bulb out of the socket to check it...mistake.It stayed connected on one terminal to a white stringy thing, but on the other side of the bulb it was just a prongy bit of metal stickin' out. Have I bust it? Is there a separate fuse for it? I THANGYOU!

At start up it idles lumpy, almost cuts out then you hear fuel pump buzz and revs pick up again for a few seconds, any touch of gas makes the engine die. After starting about 20 times it suddenly fires up perfect and revs cleanly, and drives with no problem.This happens when hot or cold. Did ecu check- code 55 tried different coolant sensor and PTU. checked resistance of TPS Cleaned the connections Still No F*****g good Paul

Ok I know I am an idiot but the file containing ALL my work invoices and tax forms was kept on my desk top,thinking I would change the icon last night i made a shortcut and put the original icon in the recycle bin thinking it it`s self was a short cut but it must of been the actual file and I have emtied the bin arghh!! and the new short cut will not work because the file has gone!! I so need to recover this or my arse is nuked can anyone tell me how? or do I need some expensive recovery software?? help Jeff TT

Have just visited the Aus forum and caught a glimpse of a thread regarding early Z32's (i.e., 1989 model) suffering from something called soft valves. Aparently this particular problem was rectified in the 1990 production run. However, does anyone here know what this problem is all about, how to diagnose it (i.e., symptoms) and what to do about it. Got me jap inport 6 months ago and for some stupid reason the clock has only got 120 mph on it. Very annoying. Also I have strong reasons to belive its reading wrong. Cause someone clocked me doing a 140 mph and my clock said 110 mph. (Hope theres no police reading this) The clock looks the same in colour and design to my rev counter so what the hecks going on.
