Sapphire Cossie with his chick in the car! Some young Welsh lad and trust me he's weavin' around behind me over the bridge and absolutely fucking MAD FOR IT!

 

So I at this point don't know what it is??? So I let him come past me, nice zorst noise...well nice!

 

So I nail it slightly, he nails it and what ensued was nothing short of F&F frolics!

 

FFS! I then whack the O/D and boot it, fucking hell that car was fast but not that fast!

 

I am backing off slightly coz me lights are so shite(A55 is not lit for 90 sodding percent) and can't see the bends in the road coming up. Anyway, we hit 150 and are dead level.

 

Now I have had 155 no probs against a Jag but never infinity and beyond. So I look down and I am at 160...ROFLMFAO...yeah Cossie is fucking damn quick but watch this buddy boy! Foot down to the floor, as it hadn't been in all this and watch me cruise away.

 

So he flashes his lights, I pull over and he buzzes past. We start again, he drops it, I floor it and fuck me....what a race! At one point(about 150 odd) we are just level posing to each other!!! CLASS!!!

 

I push it and start pulling away and he pulls off on the next sliproad...TOP LAD! He flashes his main beam a few times and I whoop the indicators.

 

What a fucking buzz!

 

Fast Cossie make no mistake, just hoping that I'll see him at a Cruise and ask him WTF he had under the bonnet???

What was the year of the Cossie?

The 2WD are very fast, and can easly be put up to 300bhp. I dont care what anyone says, a 4WD 300bhp couldnt do that, but a 2WD could.

i had one of the best sapph 4*4 in the country plenty features and it was quick but the gearing on a cossie means that anything past 160 is really no mans land unless you alter the gearing now the essie cossie will do a bit better

I had a similar experience when travelling upto trax last year - we raced like tosspots and I backed off at around 120 due to traffic but this muppet kept on going and had to lock up due to tailback into silverstone... and his exhaust was pouring out smoke... wonder if he made it home LMAO!

Missed that Tim, I spent most of the day at Trax watching the 0-60 folks - funny as fuck - best part of the day was a Hillman Imp... frapping old boot never even made it to 60 LMAO!

 

There were some ___sweeet___ newshape RX7's putting in mid to high fours and funniest sight was some black pimpster in a pumped up Rover 620 - dropped the clutch and the car just sat there, minus half its clutch, stationary.. the guy just wanted a big hole to jump into hehee - pilchard...
