Hopefully, for your sakes, they might not be speed pigs. Some of those vans are used for recording number plates for some statistics for DVLA or summat.

Just "sell" the car to a relative or friend for £1 and then buy it back later.

You can say you realised the naughty deed you did and no longer own the car.

They will think you are all responsible and as you have no money in the bank (£1) they won't fine you so much!

There's nothing they can do then legally as far as the Z goes. My accountant is full of cool tricks

It could have been one of those mobile ones which catch people with no TAX.
