Have you checked tyre pressures since fittment of new tyres? What pressures are you running? What were the driving conditions when you experienced loss of grip? Newly tyres can take a few miles to settle down and scrub off their smooth fresh surface.

370cc injectors will run to 1 bar (14.5psi) safely. But that would be the limit. If you want to go with larger injectors then you will need to change the stock ECU's EPROM which holds the mapping data (including injector specs).
