ECU upgrade
Another option is to use Speciality-Z in the US who can supply EPROMs or Nistune .BIN files for different configurations of mods: https://www.specialtyz.com/300zx/fueling-ecu/sz-ecu-chips.html Several members on here have successfully used SZ maps.

Alternative front seats
You can replace the drivers side foam parts with the corresponding parts from the passenger side which usually don't suffer from wear. A good trimmer can do that for you without difficulty using a s/h donor seat.

How has the driver's seat lost its shape?

Time to bring my 300zx back to life.
Welcome to the Club and thank you for your support! Where abouts in the UK are you? For engine/mechanical work Jim at PowerZed in Bristol is the top specialist in the country. He can also help with bodywork. https://www.facebook.com/PowerZed-331214947014135/ For paint work, I can recommend Kraftwork near Chelmsford who did my car and at least 4 other members cars. https://www.facebook.com/CarBodyRepairsChelmsford/

MOT test updated re HID retrofitted headlamps
I know this subject has come up in the past but it now looks like the UK authorities have now made the fitment of aftermarket HID (and LED) bulbs into exisisting Halogen lamps an MOT failure. The change made to the latest MOT inspection manual (11th January 2021) now reads: Section 4.1.4 Compliance with requirements “Existing halogen headlamp units should not be converted to be used with high intensity discharge (HID) or light emitting diode (LED) bulbs. If such a conversion has been done, you must fail the headlamp.” https://www.gov.uk/guidance/mot-inspection-manual-for-private-passenger-and-light-commercial-vehicles/4-lamps-reflectors-and-electrical-equipment

Sourcing 99 spec rear lights
ACPF source from the Nissan parts network in the UK, Europe and Japan. Parts are priced up on their website and are usually discounted on Nissan's UK list price. I've found them to be cheaper on some items than importing from the US when shipping and duty are taken into consideration. As with all things it pays to shop around, but I've always had good service from ACPF.

Sourcing 99 spec rear lights
When I've used Fedex in the past they have paid any duty and VAT owed on my behalf so that the shipment is not delayed in customs (or handler's storage) waiting for you to pay before release. I get a Fedex invoice in the mail. That's the £12 service charge. On a large order I'm not really bothered, but on a small order it does sting a bit.

1989 300zx Rear quarter rust repair panels
If the outer sill is showing rust then it will almost certainly be the case that the inner sill structure will be corroded too. You can see what is involved in repairing the structure in this thread (scroll down to relevant posts): https://www.mig-welding.co.uk/forum/threads/thanks-everyone.15465/

The seller declares the value of the goods with the shipment. However, if HMRC are suspicious of the true value when it arrives in the UK then the buyer can be asked to declare what they think the value (as I have been in the past). This has implications as you can imagine. The other thing to bear in mind is that in the event of a total loss during shipment (for example the package goes missing) that the maximum payout will be the shipper's declared value.

Know anyone who could Rebuild Power Steering Solenoid? wiring harness broke off at base
Firstly, welcome to the Club! How close to the body of the solenoid are the wires broken off? At the black grommet or at the metal base of the solenoid?

It all rather depends on the declared value of the goods. You will be charged duty (4.5%) on the declared value of the goods and then VAT (20%) on the goods, the shipping and duty combined. Plus a courier handing admin fee for customs clearance. CZP have the kit of 3 on sale ATM. https://conceptzperformance.com/nismo-nissan-jdm-taillights-complete-3pc-kit-nissan-300zx-z32-26550-vp125-kt_p_131.php For reference the parts#'s are: 26555-VP125 26550-VP125 26540-VP100
