  1. I used the fitting from an old Hozelock garden sprayer. But something like this would do (to suit the internal diameter of the hose going to the Honda pump).
  2. I did just that with a JDM washer bottle. I used a Honda Stream head light washer pump to keep the headlight washers (required for MOT).
  3. Currently up for auction with bidding now at $27,000 with 6 days to run a very clean low mileage example. How high will bidding go? https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1994-nissan-300zx-twin-turbo-4/
  4. Much better solution. http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/general/view/2421113/I-do-not-recommend-blow-off-valves-on-the-Z.html
  5. Not a problem Richard, you just need to pack something like this in your boot - a fossil fueled EV Mobile Charger. Don't leave home without one!
  6. I think your car is telling you something Alex.
  7. For Nissan parts you can try the zcentre.co.uk or www.allcarpartsfast.co.uk who source directly from Nissan stocks. Both are well known to the Club's members. You can also source parts directly from Japan from the likes of https://jp-carparts.com who ship parts fast to the UK. Again well known to members. It is also worth checking the US suppliers https://conceptzperformance.com and www.z1motorsports.com/ who can often have parts at a discount (even with shipping and duty). Both are reliable suppliers. If you need to confirm part#s before ordering I can help you with that.
  8. Perhaps the market is firming up for nicely modified cars using quality parts. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1991-nissan-300zx-twin-turbo-38/
  9. For reference, these are the relevant pages from the FSM on fuel pump system: efec 26.pdf efec 151.pdf Do you know that the stock fuel pump is not working? Tried connecting a fused 12v and GND to it directly (see diagram in efec 151 for pump's 12V and GND connection)? The relay will click on for 1 second on ign sw to ON (see efec 26). You might want to check the wiring between the ECU, FPCU (follow diagnostic steps in efec 151) Note that the fuel pump operating also relies on the ECU knowing that the engine is turning over derived from CAS signal (see efec 26) Which you have a fault code 11 on.
  10. https://conceptzperformance.com/wiki/index.php/Safety_Mode
  11. Details in guide above, detonation sensor bypass uses a 1MΩ resistor. You will need to erase ECU fault code(s) after inserting resistor. FSM diagnostics (there may be a harness/plug fault between sensor and ECU). efec 133.pdf
  12. As a subscribed member you can start your own project thread in "Premium Member Journals" If you PM me the VIN (and reg) I will add your car to the UK specs database I'm building and let you have the factory build date and spec.
  13. You could try polishing the glass with something like this which is a very mild abrasive polish: https://www.autoglym.com/car-glass-polish
  14. This guide is a little more comprehensive re fault codes: http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/technical/view/1105629/The-Ultimate-Guide-to-ECU-Diagnostics.html
  15. Have you asked Jim@PZ if he has any s/h 370cc ones? I would imagine that he might what with upgrades to larger sizes for customers.
  16. After a *long* lockdown hibernation (did just 255 miles in 12 months!) did a service and check over to make sure everything was OK. One thing that had decided to go awol was the oil pressure sensor which was reading low (at all RPMs) - a common fault. So it was replaced with new and the oil pressure gauge is now reading as it should. On RHD cars the sensor is located on the n/s of the engine block near the oil pan. https://conceptzperformance.com/wiki/index.php/Oil_Pressure_Sending_Unit
  17. Time for the biennial insurance photos.
  18. Nigel, welcome. You might have more success on the ZClub site https://zclub.net/ They have more Z31 activity.
  19. Thanks for supporting the Club Adam and congratulations on your new Z32 adventure! Looking forward to seeing some pictures. Reading your post on seatbelts, is the car a UK spec?
  20. Thanks for organising this Alex. I've registered on to the club stand.
  21. Do you mean the red button?
  22. Might still be in Nissan's UK/Euro stores: https://www.allcarpartsfast.co.uk/nissan/nissan-2613437p10-lens-front-turn/
  23. Coming along nicely. What's the gadget on top of the right control pod?
