Injectors
Are you sure the injectors themselves are the cause of the misfire? What else have you checked (ie vacuum leaks, spark plugs, ignition system, PTU, connectors, wiring etc). Just in case it gets missed the bushes for the FUCA (54541-RS580 and 54545-RS580) have specific fitment instructions (in Japanese). Make sure the 1mm gaps indicated and arrowed are achieved rather than simply pressing those four bushes all the way in.

In the first instance have a look at the MAF connections for corrosion/damage. EF+EC 32.pdf

Handbrake cables
It is pretty unusual to need to replace all three cables. What is the problem with them? Have you checked/inspected the shoes and drums for excessive wear and/or setup the shoe clearance?

Driver door window stuck
Check that the glass sealing rubber by the mirror sail hasn't folded over itself against the glass. This can jam the movement of the glass both ways.

It may be the power window module has developed a fault (poor solder connections): https://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/topic/114853-repair-window-module/ Sometimes you can get the thing temporarily working by pressing down on the button and thumping the door. To fix the door card needs to come off (the same applies to a seized window motor).

Slight Hesitation on low revs.
Is the ECU showing fault codes? Under what conditions are you getting hesitation - engine hot, cold or normal operating temps? Engine load? Have you checked ignition and fuel related connectors (spark plugs, ignition coils, PTU) for damage and/or corrrosion?

With all the goings on in at Nissan and the world going all "electric" all credit to them for producing a prototype car with old school twin turbo V6, manual and rear wheel drive. To think at one time the Z badge looked like it was going to end up on a crossover.
