modeling airbrush kit advice
WHen I was at Art School I used to play the Dungens and Dragons Roll playing games. They we good fun. We had a game that took 2 years. I don't see Dave very often as he still lives in Barnsley. I only bumped into him by chance as I'd been over to get some Man U tickets of my neice. I hadn't seen him for years. Went and met his wife and had a coffee and a good old chin wag. He gave me his number but i didn't put it into my phone and have misplaced it. I'll try and get of another lad I went to college with who lives back in Barnsley. However I would have thought you'll be able to get info and pics of his figures on the internet, because aparently he is famous in the painting toy soliers circles. His Name is Dave Horne here is his Arty web page http://www.davidhorneart.co.uk Shows how long ago it is since i saw him as he's moved.

modeling airbrush kit advice
I know a guy who I went to Art School with and he paints model figures for a living. He is loaded. Guys ring him up and say they want a roman army from a certain campain in 25mm How much. He orders the figures and paint them and makes a fortune. He recons hes earning £150K a year painting soldiers. + he only works 4 days a week or he gets head aches. He paints warhammer army's as well (I think) Are the the ones that look like robots and aliens and sh1t.

What is it with these people?
Listen it's quite simple. They have as much right to their culture as we do ours.

need help with heater matrix ??
No doubt Greg, but most of us have never done one, until we do one. How many Zeds have you seen with splits and tears in the boot trim because people haven't unfastened everything in the right order to take the trims out. Same with the dash out job. when I've done a few i might chance doing the heater matrix with the dash in. Until then I still think anyone doing it first time is better removing the lot.

leaky car. where is it coming in from?
No the big hole is where the EFI harness from the ECU goes through the fire wall. The Aircon drian caused the rust on the ECU frame. If you look there is a lable just above the rust and a black grommit just above that. THe Aircon drain should go through that and the grommit has a rubber hose that hangs down the other side of the fire wall. To sort this you need to remove the glove box, the end cover beneith the dash by the door. The glovebox frame, the ECU cover pannel and the kick plate. You'll then see a white plastic electric plug holder bracket. Unplug the cables and remove the holder. Then remove the rubber that is stuck over the monocock caverty. Whilst you are looking up into the caverty get someone to tip water into the channel at the front of the targa. You'll see the dribble and locate the end of the pipe. Close by you'll see the black rubber 90 elbow the pipe must fit into. Dry the pipe and wait for it to stop dripping. the use a little super glue to ensure it doesn't come out again.. Take you about and hour and a half to do job and reinstall.

Targe Drain Tube or if you have got a boost controler or the car has had one, then the most comon thing is to route the wiring from the ECU harness straight through the Aircon Drain plug vent Grommit into the engine bay. This can dislodge the Aircon drain pipe and it drips onto the ECU. See pic. However if the carpet is getting really wet it is most likely to be either the matrix or the Targa Drain cock. You would be suprised howmuch water comes in from a leaking drain cock. The drain runs down the windsreen pillar and down to about the level of the top door hing but about 4" further forward behind the wing. If you open the door and look down there you'll see the rubber out flow. Again sometimes used for passing wires through. The out flow end should point down then the bit that meets the car body acts like a grommit and passes ito the cat forming a seal. Inside the car it then has a 90 bend pointing up and the drain pipe fits into it. If the pipe has come out and the cock is turned. The rain will pi55 in.

HELP brake discs
Year the car was made and the year it was registered don't have to be the same. Infact the TT out sold the NA buy big numbers and it is quite likely that many pre 91 manufactored NA Zeds sat and waited 2 or more years before being registered. There seem to be very few series 2 NA's but loads of Series 1. I have a 92 and a 90 Red AWB NA abd they both had the original spec brakes etc. Though the 92 does have ABS and Cruise control

How then do you explain the RED SHIFT which travels stait instead of following the Arc of space and time. In so being faster than light it self. Does it have a colour? Or is it so fast as not to be able to attract one? Does this mean that clear perspex cars would really be faster?

Thats because your thinking like a westerner. If you want to survive and thrive out their you have to get your Islamic head on or be prepared to lose it. This is why we are having so many clashes with the extremist over here. They cannot see beyond what they believe is unquestionably right.

Sorry but I think she was asking for trouble under the circumstances. The Arab Islamic countries do not have free speach and their laws are server. A person in her position should have a bit more intelegence than she has shown. I have no sympathy for her position, though I wish her no harm. She has been very stupid though and they'll want to make an example of her.

You really need to think about what your trying to achieve and why? Then what you want the car for? Then read as much as you can and ask as much as poss at to what you need to attain it. I'd start by having a full forged engine rebuild and get you crank balanced to the Flywheel/ Clutch "your going to need" and the pully wheel your going to use. Then you'll need to have your heads sorted again dependant on what you want from your performance. Once you have the basics right it will not cost as much if you get things wrong. Doing it by the scatter gun method of rushing in bolting on all the bits you think you need will result in a failure somewhere and that gets costly. Get everything you need before you start and get someone like Phil a C & S Wood to build it for you because He'll tell you if you've missed anything along the way. Then when you've done your list. Just look at all the other cars you can buy for that amount of dosh. You will not have much change left from £18K if your doing the whole hog and with incidentals it'll +add up to more. It is a serious commitment to an old Nissan. It does take over your life.

It depends which manifolds you use. If you use the Greddy manifold designed for the 300zx they fit OK, but if you use the Pentroof as Ian did you need to do some engine bay rearranging.

Fantastic news/present on arriving home.
- Hi all new member in a spot of bother
Yes forget secondhand I Replaced mine with a new one and my mate let me replace his with a second hand one. Which look fine , but weeks later I had to do it all over again- Shell V Power Diesel?
I used this in my pickup first time by accident and nearly died when I had to pay, but I now use it all the time because the truck is so much more responsive and I'm getting an extra 64 MPG from a full tank which actually makes it cheeper than the normal Derv. V power Diesel is really works and is more cost effective.- How NOT to pass a drink drive test
I think this is why I'm anti the way speed cameras are used, because they seem to be deployed where they'll catch most people putting their foot down rather than where they'll save lives and make bad junctions, bends etc Safer. Instead they put Sleeping Policemen on minor A roads and B roads in towns and villages. Which really slow the people that are law biding in the built up areas and wrecks our cars. The Joy riders don't give a dam because the cars their driving arn't theirs anyway. More info on the roads would make Trunk roads safer and move the cameras into the towns so a journey to the shop isn't so uncomfortable. Our roads are now among the most dangerous in Europe yet all the places with safer roads, have bigger populations, faster speed limits on the Trunk and motorways, no speed cameras, no Sleeping Policemen, no traffic carming systems and no points tot up and ban. They do have more information as to how server the bend you approaching is etc. + the have more Police on patrol and on the spot fines. - Hi all new member in a spot of bother
