ok, you guys know your shit. i need some pointers. i have just installed a bleed valve. [yes, thankyou, no lectures] now, i only get 6 or 7 psi out of my GTO and i wanted to see if i could get a bit more. i installed the valve in the correct place. and opened it a bit, then a bit more......then a bit more. and i could only register about 8 psi. anyone any ideas why this is? i think my aftermarket boost guage is pretty accurate. i think i installed the bleed valve correctly. why only 8 psi. with the amount i have the valve open it should have been bloody 30 psi! and the car didn;t feel that much faster than normal, so i am sure the guage is …

i hear on the forum talk about billing. can you guys tell me what its about, apart from obviously zeds being there, where it is etc. much appreciated. cheers Steve

I'm still trying to tell if my gearbox is on it's way out... I get ok acceleration in 1st, slightly better in 2nd but still not stella, much better in 3rd, ok in 4th , ok in 5th. I can also only do about 60 in 2nd before it hits 6000rpm. Is this normal as I havn't been in another Zed to compare it. Herman

It passed without any problems at all.... In perfect working order!! The mechanic from FC Motors was calling the other guys over to look at the 'lack' of space in the engine bay, promting question of "how could you work on that?" and "Bet it shifts don't it?" ... and this time it was mine ... Between Saturday afternoon and Sunday 2am, some little sh*ts egged the car in our private car park. As I was leaving to go to work (at 2am ... as you do ...) I only noticed one egg on the rear window and because it was dark thought it had been a sick bird crapping on the car. However, when I got back at about 9am it was obvious that there was a massive dent in the rear hatch as well as chips out of the rear window. Ok read the other post. Had clicking calipers when applying brakes. Changed pads, copper greased and cleaned shims. Seemed ok at first now creaking and clunking noise. Have had Energy Suspension front tie bushes done about 3 months ago but the noise is really peeving me off. Any suggestions please...thanks

why I bought a Zed. Had her out for a drive on Saturday as I hadn't driven her for a while. We decided to go to Milton Keynes...on the way back, England had just finished triumphing over Denmark and the roads were pretty clear. So why is it, then, that an Audi tried to hitch a lift in my boot?? Anyway, every time I accelerated, I left him standing, but would then come up against a car in front and have to slow down again. Queue Audi in boot... Got to the bypass with about 2 cars on it and put my foot down. Audi didn't stand a chance! Got to 140mph and the car was still pulling happily. Such a lift! My wife has given me stunning baby girl and I am chuffed to bitz!!!!. Only just got to the hospital in time and she had it 5 minutes after we got there. Poor wife only had about four puff's of gas and air before she gave birth, then job done!!. The staff then left us alone in the labour ward room for an hour afterwards. What a great hour that was. I got to stare lovingly at my wife and daughter whilst getting stoned for 60 mins!!!!. Life's great!!!! Simon H

Macca, A customer who comes in the garage where i work owns yor reg its MAC 1 (got it on an Audi Cabriolet) want me to ask him if he's flogging it? I have a feeling it won't be cheap though!

Having a good night so far, went and cleaned the z nice and sparkly in the car park and scared the crap out of my collegue hammering it and going sideways trying to make it to the chinese before it closed. Of course we made it, LOL
