We should all stop this petty bickering and chill out, spare a thought for poor old Johnny who is up in court for 113mph on Friday. The cap removal procedure starts on Thursday evening biggrin.gif

It it cant be removed they may have to adjourn the case

not at the court he's at they are even worse than eccles magistrates ive told him to grab the duty solicitor on his way in or they'll take him to the cleaners

Can he not ask it to be moved (Venue wise)? Or is that just in civil cases?

as its in a magistrates he has to stand trial there if it was crown and he could prove just cause he could have it transfer listed giving him at least another two months for cap removal

A good idea for a meet? We could all wait for him to turn up so we can see him "cap-less"!

Seriously though, good luck mate hope they go easy on you!
