  2. As some of you may know my z had a bodykit and complete respray done last Novemeber. The problem I have is that the paint seems to be chipping off "too" easily. I have done about 2 - 2.5k since November and am pretty sure this shouldn't have happened so soon. The picture of the twin scoops was taken about a month or so ago and since then has chipped even more. The last picture is of where the rear windscreen meets the bodywork in the bottom corner on the passanger side. I don't think it will be too long before the paint just falls off. My main question is to anyone (including Simon H) who has ha…

THE NEXT TIME YOU THINK YOU ARE HAVING A BAD DAY Fire authorities in California found a corpse in a burned out section of forest while assessing the damage done by a forestfire. The deceased male was dressed in a full wet suit, complete with scuba tanks on his back, flippers, and face mask. A post-mortem revealed that the person died not from burns, but from massive internal injuries. Dental records provided a positive identification. Investigators then set about to determine how a fully clad diver ended up in the middle of a forest fire. It was revealed that on the day of the fire, the person went for a diving trip off the coast some 20 mi…

South Korean sacked from Italian Club for Golden Goal... I dunno, I thought this place was bad for throwing toys and spitting dummys out? Italian footie club that the hero South Korean plays for in Pasta Land has sacked him for knocking the National Side out of the World Cup! FFS! Laughable? Boss of the Italian club has told the Golden Goal Korean that he will never be allowed to step foot in the town again! Temper, temper you hot blooded Italian Stallions! ROFL Saying that two years ago it was Italian footie that took him on and made him what he is today. At the end of the day he can't change the fact that he's Korean FFS! Pathetic losers! --…

I have just taken the car for its first MOT. Apart from lots of damage to exhaust and chassis due to bottoming out all was fine except the two small metal brake pipes on the rear which join the flexible pipe to the caliper on both sides which apparently are badly corroded. I have just given Nissan a ring and have been told that these pipes are not available as a part and are usually made up to order. I asked them if they could make me up a pair and was told that I would need to bring the car in…etc…etc….big money. I know a lot of you have done brake upgrades and I am hoping that someone still has these pipes to sell. Or is any one in a position to make me up a pair. …

My 300 has always understeered but it is becoming worse now. Replaced tyres already, running 245/35xZR18. My next thought is to stiffen the front suspension with harder/adjustable shocks (Koni?) or to add a front strut brace. Anyone got any thoughts on this as to the best way forward. ------------------ "Polished on drive" "Dirty at 156mph" --------------- Z first and anything else is secondary and live life a quarter mile at a time!
