ian how did you get ya lights out?they are a bitch even with ya bumper off!jay

Nice one Iain - I did this mod myself and can 100% confirm that what ever it is Jethro charges for this it aint enough, a f***** of a job and no mistake.

I say this purely from an observational point of view - you can have Jeff do it or do it yourself with Jeff's tech article at http://www.300zx.co.uk/rides/jeff_tt/headlamp_upgrade.htm

Choice is what makes 300zx.co.uk so democratic

hehe

That picture you have posted looks like something that would be used on the front of a glossy magazine. Your paint job looks absolutely PUKKA and the headlight conversion really sets it off.

Keep up the good work.

Look great matey, just need to sort mine out now. Seeing as how I had to keep flipping my main beam on when I was racing that Cossie as it was pitch black and I couldn't see the bends in the road coming up! FFS! biggrin.gif

Nearly lost a race to a 2litre Cossie because of shite headlights! That would have been shameful...ROFL biggrin.gif

It definitely gives the car a modern look and improves the headlight performance.

MAC - How much did it cost you?

100 squids including bulb upgrades.

maxpower2.jpg

I'm getting mine done but the only thing I'm worried about is that they may not look as good on my silver car.

The black in the lights contrasts really well on mine.

Shame they are so shite at lighting the road!

10 out of 10 for this upgrade bud. Looks the bis.

Like what was said before, really sets the car off, the side lights help as well.

Think there will be a lot of others following - us to!

Mac,

Are you gonna hire out welding Masks at Billing, so that mere mortals can view it without permaneantly impairing their vision!

LOL

Mark

£100 well spent, does that include removal and refit Iain?

Nice one!

Glen

Nice one Ian, It's about the only feature of the zed that is crap (the lights). Perhaps the designers wanted something that looks good, but with the bulbs lifted from an MGB!!!
