Question. I have a clonk coming from the middle of the car over bumps in the road. Feels like a heavy mass moving about (I.e. you feel it as much as hear it.) and is worse under power. I was initaly suspicious of engine / box mounts, but cant find any issues. I'm now suspicious of the prop centre mount (which looks tired). Car has had a box fitted recently, but as far as I can tell there are no issues with the installation. Anyone out there suffered a similar fate? Are these symptoms relevant to my thoughts? What kind of job is this to do? I know it means taking the exhasts off (again!!) but does the prop split relatively straigtforward? Thanks in a…

Hi mate, Macca should hopefully have given you my lights for the upgrade doing. One of the mounts is broken on the passenger side one and I was wondering if you can fix it or let me know what parts are needed whilst they are off the car? Cheers! Chris.

Not even fitted it yet but as I can't read the Jap instructions how do I clean it when it gets dirty? It's metal mesh so do you just blow/vacuum it or what?

As the supra has 550cc injectors does anyone know if their stock injectors will fit our cars. This could be a cheaper way to do it if they do.

My motor is now nearly ready from falcon at last, i have had stage 1 turbos from smithy installed (boost range 9-20 psi) in addition to new head gaaskets etc. I hear horror stories about too much boost blowing engines. I have a mongoose exhaust, air intake, and will be installing a JWT chip and blitz boost controller. Whats the max boost you guys think i can run at safely, without damaging the engine? my car is UK 92 manual. cheers Steve

can somebody point out where the restrictors are on the exhaust? Are they about in line with that guys air gun? (if that was a stock system)

When idling at running temperature the car pumps out quite a bit of kinda bluey smoke from both sides. This doesnt happen when cold. Also when u rev it, a big puff of smoke comes out at about 4500rpm. The car is totally stock with 60,000miles on the clock. What do you reckon? Is it serious?
