Hi all !! I've been thinking about buying a Z for about a year and have finally plucked up the courage. I've been following closely the messages on the forums and they've been invaluable. Now its my turn to ask you all for help... Have found a Z that suits my spec perfectly - have put a deposit down but there are a couple of things that maybe some of you could help with? Spoke earlier to my mechanic, and he agrees with me that I would be better modding the 200SX and leave the 300ZX as stock for now. He is a sensible guy as he strongly recommends I get he suspension and brakes uprated first. He has loads of experience modding 200SX's, and says I could easily take it from ~170BHP to ~250BHP. Happy days !! Maybe I should start visiting a 200SX forum as well !!

I am looking for the small suspension arm on the nearside front of my 93 UK TT that joins onto the inner wing to the back part of the strut assembly held on with 2 17mm headed bolts/nuts. Any of u guys breaking cars please give me a shout as my car failed the MOT because of the wear so i am currently off the road till I fix it. Cheers John Crisp

For the last couple of weeks Ive been having a ticking noise when I accelerate it hasnt got to be hard accelerating to hear it, It is slightly worse when cold but its always there the sound is coming from behind the radio or below it. Has anyone experienced this or heard this. Cheerz Terry

Under my bonet in the righthand corner above the headlight is a small yellow cap with a dipstick is this for coolant level of the intercoolers and are they cooled by water or some other liguid.

when this new all singin all dancin forum is up and runnin, is there any chance we can make it so as we can just cut and paste piccies on the forum as opposed to farting about with typing dirty great long link type things which is far too much hassle for lazy tw@ts like me... first off the bloody how much.... went to nelsons today in manchester for a price for some shox for a 92 jap tt he quoted me 70 odd quid plus vat for the rears EACH.... Now heres the WTF, on the front he said the front nrside would be 80 odd quid plus vat, and then the off side front would be 90 odd quid plus vat,.... to be fair he diddnt understand it either Surely this cant be right, he did all the right stuff ie he took my vin details and everything, but i just dont get it. MY ZED WAS HAD FIRE DAMAGE I HAVE CHANGED ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING INCL WIRING LOOM ON THE CAR BUT IT DONT START........I HAVENT CHECKED THE ECU MAYBE THATS MESSED UP OR COULD IT BE MY ALARM/IMMOBILISER........ I THINK IT MAY JUST BE MY MECHANIS BEING LAZY COS WHEN EVER I GO TO HIM HE SAYS EVERYTHING IS CHANGED AND SHOULD START IN A DAY OR TWO........ Can anyone recommend a garage for servicing the zed in the Hampshire area?. Have had it main dealer serviced up till now but would rather use a Specialist?. If I can't find a place then I'll probably go back to main dealer.

k, basically im transferring down to a job in london and as much as i love my zed i dont want to begin with the hassle of london traffic and have opted to walk to work. its a black 1990 2+2 tbar manual non-turbo. 54,000miles (bout 84kkm) i imported it myself from japan and have all the documents. I love this car and i know anyone that comes to see it will buy it. A lot of money has been spent on it, not as much as the likes of macca but a fair few thousand. It has a full japanese bodykit. Makes the car look amazing, the front bumper i love as its a classic jap mean looking front. Also large rear spoiler, makes the car look really good. Very sport…
