Hi Can any one confirm if 300zx tt after market alloys will fit a mr2 tt k/L reg because some ones interested in my alloys which i have for sale there 17"s 8.5/9.0 in width cheerz.

leakey sump! but could it cause oil to burn on 1 bank if there was not enough crank case preasure?i know sounds abit odd but its a long shot! i would have thought it would effect both banks my self!! anyideas!!

seems to come from front right of car - apparent when going over bumps it sounds like plastic squeeking together and is quite loud. I know breakdusts car makes the exact same noise as mine and wondered if it is common? My suspension is brand new so i know its not springs or shocks. Even when you shut the doors its enough to cause it to make the squeek its beginning to get on my tits :headvswal Anyone help me out :confused:

Saw a red one in mansfield, just past the CD Bramell nissan garage, saturday night, tried to turn round and catch him, lost him tho.

If anyone has this bumper , and you have not needed to modify it, is there any chance when you get time you could measure the distance between the exhaust cutouts? I have ordered it, will take a while to arrive. Just wondering if the bodyshop will have any cutting to do. I don't have a stock exhaust so hoping there won't be too much grief with it. cheers.

Car been stood for around 6 months now apart from a couple of trips to the bodyshop Started it up today to drop the oil for the winter. Car was smoking like fook (it smoked a tiny bit before) now its 10 times worse. Will it be o.k. after a good run? getting a little worried now......... A bit peed off because I found out I havent done my light conversion properly (works fine when engine not running), coolant temp gauge dont work anymore, this n that and I have a slow puncture :wack:

Black j reg zed big alloys well 3 off drivers front looked like a yellow space saver,aftermarket exhasts and de spoilered. Was parked up outside scottish auto centre in dundee with a couple of tricky hondas and a skyline i think. Was about 3 ish when i past it. :hyper:

If i disconnect the exiter wire for the alternator while the engine is running. will it; 1. stop charging the battery 2. damage the alternator in anyway Just got a little idea that I could remove the load from the alternator when in positive boost

Hi guys I bought my first Z three weeks ago, (dream car), it's a '91 TT Jap import, it's now started running quite rough and can be felt wobbling when ticking over (like old Transits do) its not really bad but I would expect a V6 to be totally smooth and it wasn't like it when I first bought it. Any ideas what could be causing it to run like this? Any help much appreciated

Anyone got pics of their HKS Induction Kit, I have just fitted mine and it seems very close to the bar supporting the cooler and the bumper. Cheers John Crisp

Was out 4 a kwik spin in the zed today and spotted a silver Z parked up in a driveway in Durham Rd, Stockton.

How hard is it to find and fit one of these magic boxes? how much of a difference does it make in the drive in terms of feel, 0-60 and 0-100? cheers

Hi guys Im gonna do a full service and wondered whats the best oils to use? Im gonna do engine,gearbox and diff. Also do you guys always use geniune nissan filters? Im also thinking about changeing the air filter setup from standard and wondered whats the best setup to go for,the cars a uk tt completely standard with 57k on clock.

Hi guys, the alterenator died in my 300zx import, so I took to a local alternator specialist and it said it will take half a day to get it off, and another half a day to put back together. So it would be around 140 quid. Then when he took it off he realised I need new belts, he is reconditioning the alternator. For this hes charging me 240 quid now. IS this a fair price????

hi can one of you clever bods help, when i push the button for the washer jets for front windscreen my rev counter rises and also occasionally when driving rev counter needle shoots up to 180kmh and straight back down. My zx is a 92 import with a dreaded convertor fitted cheers

hi all i have just got my car back from the bodyshop thats another story ...but when i drove the lady home the clutch was really heavy. i got outside my flat and let it idle for a bit cos she hasn't been run after looking under the bonnet in a dazed manner i tried the clutch again and it seems to have softened up a bit :confused: :confused: wtf happened there then

Thanks to Chris at southwestz.co.uk, I have an injector to swap with my knackered one. My dilema is that the codes stamped on the top are different. Is there an easy way to tell if they are both TT injectors? I don't want to put it all back together to find I'm running lean on one cylinder and to have to do it all again. Thanks Tim

What ones are on the market and what are the pro's and cons of them DTA,AEM, and Link? if you could keep the expalnations as simple as possible, as I have the knowledge of a whelk when it comes to these things :( thanks in advance Russ

Been in Scotland now for 8 months, saw a red Z in dundee when i first got hear... but its been 6 months since iv seen a new one (apart from yamez cause he lives next door!)

I'm being really thick i'm sure... do the door locks on the z32 zed have motors/solenoids? The reason I ask is my drivers side lock barrel is knobbed (thieving scum tried to screwdriver it) & I have a universal remote central locking kit available to me. It consists of a black box & wires which you connect to the motors (of the old style central locking which only works with the actual key in the lock.) and a remote key fob. I was hoping that rather than messing around changing the lock barrel I could just use this kit as the passenger side lock works if i lose the remote fob. Any advice or links would be much appreciated folks. :bow:
