  1. yep, everyone who mentioned in the other 2 threads LOL Pretty cool to see a Z32 on TV :hyper:
  2. I'd say that was a very unflattering review of the GTR.
  3. 99spec front was'nt it ? possibly an actual 99spec car
  4. The most common reason for speedo failure is a dailing KPH>MPH convertor on the back of the clocks if its a Jap import. Other reasons are Speed sensor on the Gearbox or a dry joint on the speedo cluster. Does the Power steering get heavy as well ? MOT testers do not check speedo operation.
  5. Its the Idle control valve, and bolted to the back of the plenum next to the battery. The intake tubs are much easier to remove when warm, especially when they are old as they get very hard and brittle, so if engine runs let it get up to running temp before trying to remove them.
  6. 3 of them were literally torn apart, and the 1 that stayed in one piece was'nt round anymore. Not my car bud. That was paul@swz old car, but it got smashed up a few months back. No idea about the wheel colours.
  7. No, it does'nt come on with the Aircon unless engine temp is above 96 degrees. With aircon off it comes on at something like 103 degrees. Its main function is as a Auxillery backup fan.
  8. When you say fan do you mean the Auxillery fan under the nose panel ?
  9. Christian Bale - one of my fac actors  Equilibarian and American physco, and Batman begins are 3 of my top films. Cant wait to see Dark Knight
  10. is'nt it a cottage pie when you put veg in it ?
  11. LOL me to....I nearly launched them over my head when I picked them up as I was'nt quite expecting them to be that light
  12. lol ok! :slap: now you've got a base setting turn down the set (and the set gain) until your at the boost you want, and adjust the gain if its not holding it or if its spiking.
  13. Happy Birthday Pete ! :duffer: :duffer:
  14. Spotted today about 2:30pm Parked in Car park near Bridgwater Jobcentre...and apparantly was parked right outside my wifes office window (citizens advice burea) last week, so must be a regular local. Stock body/wheels.
  15. Have seen it various times on differrent z32's. Very intermittent, and usually traced to a Failing MAF or failing PTU
  16. H3c if its an Import (very hard to find in the UK - Danny@DTA sells them, and sometimes on ebay) H3 if its a UK car. Best thing you can do though is to install a HID kit. Its like Night and Day (pun intented ;))
  17. 300zx.com is the Z1 website address, hence the tape. 300zx.com is not 300zxclub.com. 300zxclub.com is a completely independent forum. Z1 are just one of many of the Forum sponsors/traders (just like we have Traders here too). Plus they supply both products.
  18. Contact details, copied from pauls signature : SWZ Traders section here - http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=140
  19. Agreed. The selection here is very poor. Too many manufacturers knocking them out for the Corsa brigade. Most of the stuff that fits our cars tend to be poor quality heavy korean manufactured rubbish. Im craving a set of high quality lightweight wheels - Rays/Volks, Work emotions, Advan ..etc Hence why Im still on stockers until I find the right ones.
  20. Contact the board admin
  21. Its part of a warning system board adminstrators can install.....a kind of 3 strikes and your out....however there is nothing in your post to give any cause for it !
  22. Eibach Pro kit is 185-250 lb , Rear 145-200 lb (They are progressive, hence the spring rate range)
