Hi, Cat removal will improve breathing, and hence performance but there is a risk of early turbo failure through weakened oil seals due to reduced back pressure. I guess it really depends on what sort of condition your turbo's are in(and/or how many miles they have done.) Also, I belive that the MOT stations don't have any Info on the 300zx Cat emissions, and therefore cats not required, even after 92.
