  1. Hi, Unfortunately Mike from MJP passed away. In the UK we have zcentre and allcarpartsfast if you know the part numbers.
  2. some on ebay but they are £75 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/393889670572?hash=item5bb5a765ac:g:CckAAOSwugVh6rA3
  3. Hi, That's the domain transferred to us, happy to keep it pointing towards your current site until you no longer use it.
  4. Cheers, I have started the transfer; just email me the auth code if you know it or if one is sent to you.
  5. yeh, i'll take them over. If you can update the admin email to jaikai@300zx.co.uk and unlock it for transfer. If you own the co.uk version then simply change the tag to 'AYRDOM'
  6. The house is 60+ years old and by the looks of the worm its been long dead. We just need to find out if the beams need replaced
  7. Where do i start ? Just as covid hit it became apparent that we had drainage and settlement issues with our property in Troon. The front of the house decided that it would detach partially from the rest of the house and due to a cracked underground pipe and extensive cracking throughout the property we proceeded to get the insurance involved to get it sorted out. Insurance was covered and the exterior and interior of the building is to get fully decorated as well as the external brick work stitched back together. All happening at the same time we have external render to get done, dampness inside to be fixed, cracked coving, cracked water pipes discovered in the rear of the house under the kitchen which is letting water in.. So this is the drainage situation which i dug up last weekend : As you can see loads of issues that we discovered but who can spot the various types of pipes used. Then.. Always when you get work done you think "now's the time to get this done" and we took upon ourselves to get the living room decorated again and fix the bad join in the ceiling plaster work. as my main room used to be two rooms with separate lowered ceilings. The join in the ceiling was never properly fixed as each room at some point in its history has new ceilings installed over the old. So this was my living room yesterday morning : And this is how is looked after the first ceiling came down : Then a few hours later the second and original ceiling was off too. I'm doing most of the building work myself until this morning when i was cleaning and removing the old nails from the timbers i find this : We have literally opened a can of worms. ? Seems many of the structural beams have wood worm and although it all looks old and likely dead many of the beams will now need replaced. And this was not even part of the insurance so bad luck to us i suppose. Anyone had to deal with woodworm in floor joists and whats the best way to deal with it ?
  8. Just need to get them sealed back up in a bigger box with a few other bits to send down to Jim.
  9. And they have arrived !
  10. I honestly got all exited there when the title of this thread said '300zx.com' But i'm sure that domain is actually owned by Z1 as I've enquired to purchase it myself on behalf of the club a few times over the years. Do you own both the uk and .com ? I'll be happy to take them over and point them to the club.
  11. Only ordered the Pistons from ConceptZ last night.
  12. When Fedex can ship something International quicker than royal mail can travel 100 miles.
  13. Hopefully get my build back on track now. Just ordered my pistons for the engine rebuild Jimmer is doing..
  14. Happy Birthday Craig
  15. Sure car mad stylings is still in business : https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/carmadstylings He used to be a member here and sold me my side skirts and 99 spec spoiler. But not sure how much 300zx stuff he does still.
  16. Likely done with a couple of wobbly bits put together; that or the fan shroud wasn't in place either.
  17. I doubt it as haven't even ordered the pistons yet ? But if the weather is good everyone is welcome at mine for a short stop and a BBQ.
  18. Cheers, Strange owning a zed for so long and only now noticing this. You would think the writing should be covered when the visor is up.
  19. Not had the zed uncovered for a very long time now. Managed to clear a large space in my garage so uncovered one side and sat in the passenger seat for about 10 minutes. Just soaking in the feeling and lovely smell my zed gives off. Hopefully get the engine fixed shortly and back on the road for the first time in 6 years nearly. Need to order another set of pistons but recent issues with my credit card has put a spanner in the works until I get it resolved.
  20. Is it just me or do I have two left side sunvisors? Should the writing on the visor not be on the other side?
  21. What type of device are you using. This can happen with IOS devices as they add a tag to the image for orientation but the club site doesnt use that information. I'll look into finding a rotation plugin that we can use to help the issue.
  22. As above, if you have the space just install a Mocal cooler. Done mine a few years back.. The small silver cooler at the front is plumbed into the steering rack. On my zed i have had the AC removed so that provided me with the extra space.
  23. I wouldn't worry about it too much, Z being a letter in the alphabet too, its not as if they will cut the alphabet short and put a cultural ban on all things with a Z. Ah shit, just remembered about this :
