  1. And that nearly everything underneath now done. Next job before i take it off the ramps again is to make a harness for the wideband sensors.
  2. Starter now bolted in. Has to take the test pipe back off and bend the shield slightly to get it all in.
  3. Bought these test pipes for the better ports for the wide band sensors
  4. all going good onto the new AMS pipes
  5. next job was fitting the prop again
  6. Oil changed out for fresh and after a fight which i nearly lost i managed to get the box back in.
  7. Time for an oil change on the old gearbox. 1/4 of it is very milky and must have been needing flushed since the last time i done it. Its never been run in so that why its looks like that.
  8. Ever thought about replacing it with a new but retro looking design ? Retro looking and has functionality. Various designs made by Blaupunkt https://blaupunkt.com/product/bremen-sqr-46-dab/
  9. Hi, You can email at jaikai@300zx-owners.club
  10. New seal installed, but wont be until the weekend until i can fit the box
  11. Standard size i believe is 87mm which these are, the product code and size is stamped on them 6549M87 They are $217 each from Wiseco https://www.wiseco.com/shop/auto/professional-nissan-vg30dett-piston-87-00-mm-bore/
  12. Set of Pistons Purchased in 2020, fitted to my current build and barely run in, Upgraded to a size bigger so these have sat on the shelf since doing nothing since. The rods are stock out of a 1996 TT. Not sure what these are worth so PM me an offer.
  13. So was all of mine 😎
  14. Oil seal removed and now need to find a new one.
  15. Well thats it now installed and i've moved on to the gearbox only to discover i think the rear oil seal is bust as when i tilted the gearbox trying to get it on the jack it spilt its guts all over the floor from the back end.
  16. Found the clutch spline, but anyone spot the mistake ? What did i forget to fit before the flywheel ?
  17. I was about to fit the clutch but managed to lose my pressure plate alignment tool. Life just likes to kick you down like this :(
  18. Onto the clutch and this was fun fitting and trying to torque up without it rotating. Eventually put a large socket in the front pulley and let it push against the bulk head.
  19. Few more issues but managed to resolve them eventually. First was to do with the oil pressure sender, as i located this on the oil tree and nearly managed to crack it off when installing the engine as i never knew it falls foul of the steering column. So found an old oil sandwich plate and a few adaptors and managed to rig up a new location for it that works well.
  20. Up she goes
  21. Didnt see you as the sort of guy into this sort of rock
  22. Well the plenum is held on itself with about 10 or 12 i think, including the side ones.
