Nearly ready to put the engine back in 😀 Had to order a set of oil pipes from ConceptZ as the stock ones are too tight in terms of lining up with the sump. So everything is done and just await a delivery next week from Fedex again. Also fitted all the wiring for the injectors and coil packs, they are all on 3 sub looms each with a break away plug so easier routing it the way i want now.

Hope this helps anyone looking to tackle this task themselves on the VG30.Yeh, Updated a few of the site graphics too.Upper pipes now match up more or less. This ones slightly out but i think it will do, as cant move it any further without the actuator arm hitting the oil tree as before.
Back in the garage today trying to clock these turbos slightly so i can get the pipes to line up. Few hours on and off and got them where i need them; however the lower drain pipes arent so great. So i have ordered a set of oil drain flanges and some new rubber drain pipes to get back to the sump. Hopefully this will work over the oem as they arent even close to fitting.

A zed that was never meant to be, my first full build was written off weeks after completion in 2015 by a Polish trucker run into me when i was parked up on the M42.Lots of empty promises and i think we are worse off than when we started. I voted to stay, but no matter how i voted the majority vote from England was larger than Scotland and we got dragged out anyways which is a shame.Updated the graphic to make it more zed related :) yes, that is my current engine build, maybe he can fix it better than i can.Small update on this section, I've changed the plugin used and now we can have full youtube videos directly on the club in there own sections along with video review and view counters. I've pre populated a whole lot of videos i have found and even reached out to Billy McKee who runs the Billy Built Youtube channel so ive included all of his content too. You need to be a Premier member to post a video but if you have a suggestion then let us know and we can put it up.
