  1. Three cards, two cases of beer, two blu-rays and some chocolate
  2. KFC meet on the horizon anybody? ................anybody? :bored:
  3. Nope  - sorry, but it does nothing for me - then again, it's not my car.
  4. Won't your car insurance cover it? Last time I had a windscreen replaced (not a Zed) £70.00 excess was all that I had to pay :confused1:
  5. I'll second that - I don't think that I'd try it :hammer:
  6. Very, very nice car - well done
  7. Agreed, not oil sludge - I do know the difference  All being well, I'll get the radflush and coolant tomorrow. Thanks to everyone for their help and advice
  8. Oh, I'm looking forward to that right enough :D
  9. Yep, the gunge has quite a thick consistency - hopefully a good dose of radflush will shift it
  10. I voted for retrimmed standard seats - I'm just not a fan of the Recaro's
  11. Right, I took this photo after doing about 50 miles in the Zed (letting it cool down first obviously). The radiator took about a pint of water, there is no obvious water leak but this is a regular occurrence. There is water in the radiator expansion bottle and the hose from radiator to said bottle is not blocked or kinked. I was thinking of putting some radflush through the system....what do you think? Cheers - Andy
  12. They put my paltry collection to shame  After seeing these photographs - I must buy a new toolbox :hammer:
  13. Around about what time? I may be able to get over. Think that you'll have to do without the sunshine though
  14. Ditto
  15. That'll be about August then :D
  16. Bump! And the next KFC meet is when.................? :tt2:
  17.:rofl::rofl: That's the first time anybody's ever said that to me :whistling:
  18. If it's any help, here's a photo of my setup.
  19. I had the same problem, replaced with a good second-hand one, which I rubbed down and coated with black plasticote - I think. What kind of condition was the area around the filler neck in? I had to cut out a lot of rusty metal and replace :hammer:
  20. Oh dear , sorry to hear that - on such a lovely day too......
  21. Check up behind your fuel filler neck and just in front of your rear wheels, both areas on mine were extremely corroded - as was the filler neck itself. I remember when I removed the rear bumper :scared: to be suddenly confronted with even more rust :crying: Unfortunately, almost everywhere I looked - I found severe rust - I hope that you have better luck. Cheers - Andy
  22. Sunday evening, I went out for a wee drive and came back through Cairneyhill - was it then maybe? If not - it was someone else.
  23. Sunny Pitcorthie  We'll need to have a mini meet :hyper:
  24. Thanks David, the next meet can't come soon enough - lol Cheers Andy, Finished.............I don't think that they're ever really finished - it's not in their nature, there's always going to be something to do :hammer: :D
