For obvious reasons (it's only a mile and a half to travel) I 'll be up for it. Time dependent though as I have to pick my son up from Glasgow , late afternoon. Andy
  2. I'd heard about it, good to actually see the clip. Quite amazing to see the Lion acting like an excited cub at that size. :hyper::hyper:

What !! You mean we're not having a March meet? :D:D
  5. Walked straight into my "up and over" garage door which I had fully opened but the wind had caught and dropped to eye level. Slightly stunned for a minute. Doh........
  6. Which request was that.........the one for the naked dancing girls maybe :D:D
  7. Looks nice, I like the colour. :D Any chance of it attending the next meet? Andy
  8. No, they don't look cool (imo) :hurl::hurl:
  9. Yeah, I've got to go with the flow here.......the original wheels are far better :D
  10. Hi Dan and welcome, hopefully we'll see you at the next local meet?
  11. Brilliant - never seen that before. :D:D
  12. Yep - I've done that before ...................felt a right d1ck :o
  13. Just about choked on my coffee ...........................:D:D:D:D
  14. The very same thing happened to my Primera, it' s a well known fault with them. Replaced the wiper motor (£7.51 inc. postage on Ebay) and all is well again :D Andy
  15. That's a handy shelf at the back though
  16. That's one lucky man...........he should try the lottery as soon as possible :D
  17. The thermostat on my daily ride (Primera 2.0 TDS) jammed shut on my thirty mile commute to work a couple of weeks ago, I didn't notice the temp gauge rising until too late. It happened to be the coldest morning of the year -5 degrees! By that time, my water had all boiled away out of the expansion bottle leaving me with an extremely hot engine. Two hours and one uplift recovery later (only cost me a bottle of whisky), thermostat is replaced and all is well again. All for the sake of a six pound Nissan thermostat (ten pounds at the local motor factors by the way) which has worked perfectly for the last one hundred thousand miles - strange how it should just pack in like that though.
  18. Hi all, Now - I'm sure that I'm not the only person that reads about offsets in posts but hasn't a clue what they are or refer to  In reasonably plain English, can someone explain what offsets are and what they do, with photos preferably. :D Anxiously awaiting to be enlightened - Andy
  19. Awww........he's jealous :D:D:D
  20. There sure was and there were more of them than us unfortunately!
  21. Thanks Dave, that was quick work!
  22. Good to meet you, Huggy, Davy and Robert today, the roofs went back on though - didn't they? It was a wee bit cold in that wind  Cheers - Andy
