  1. It may be from the vvt seal at the bottom of the rocker and its dripping down, i take it you have cleaned the area to see if its more visible. I would have thought if it was from the head, you would be having more problems than an oil leak lol
  2. Hi Bud, yes no worries i can take a look at it for you. email me on graham.jones@hotmail.co.uk and i can give you my address. Cheers Graham
  3. Not unless its damaged. Normally the spigot bush s changed when doing an auto to manual conversion, or clutch change as a peace of mind part. Did your rear crank seal give up the ghost then?
  4. All the Best Chris, hope you are well and enjoy your birthday.
  5. Could be the pump or the PS solenoid on the rack. Check the connector to the solenoid, could be dirty or corroded contacts. water shouldnt make any difference lol. Is your speedo working ok? Do you have a speedo convertor? Might have a speed signal issue creating the problem, either the gearbox speed sensor or the pulse feed to the ECU from the dash.
  6. Dont use a solid spark plug remover socket ie: long bar in one jobby, you cant get the angle and will break a plug ( Yep i did that once lol)
  7. Also some here http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/forumdisplay.php?148-HOW-To-s
  8. Ideally you should use a puller, but sheer brute force should do it in the end
  9. If you are comfortable in your relationship and trust each other, i wouldnt let it eat you up and cause tension between yourselves over something that might never or isnt going on. I would ask your husband as tactfully as possible and tell him your concerns, but dont jump down his throat or start an argument. You will get far more out of a man by talking calmly about it rather than confrontational.
  10. You doing the on/off 3mm leds too? PM me your address and i will send you enough to do both. Cheers Graham
  11. Hi Chris, what colour are you after?
  12. The resistor is at R10 on the speedo circuit board, will try and dig out the info, but you also need to re calibrate the speedo using the pots on the board.
  13. It is pin44, but i wouldnt bother, i did connect mine when i did the manual conversion, but i dont like the revs going up slightly when im at a stand still and place it in gear. Connecting the neutral switch advances the timing. Its the connector nearest the the prop at the rear of box
  14. Sorry to hear the sad news Jeff, i know how it feels losing a much loved pet thats been in the family for many years, it is like losing a relative and is very gutting. I hope you all manage to remember the good times with her and not dwell too much on her loss. All the best Graham
  15. I bought a Meguiars machine a few years back, looks similar to that one, been a godsend on many occasions and not just my own car.
  16. Yes you are correct, they do fit, one of the first things i did was to change the brakes to TT. Not for better braking, as not alot in it, but for ease of buying discs in the future.
  17. He does lol, in every picture he posts.
  18. Check out loads of recipes, might get you into her pants/good books lol http://www.diabetes.org.uk/Guide-to-diabetes/Food_and_recipes/Recipes/Blackcurrant-ice-cream/?nt=1
  19. No Idea Steve, I have re opened it though :thumbup1:
  20. As Steve is on the Island, i can have a meet up with him and fit one and let you know. Im sure we can come up with the option to suit all.
  21. Purrs like a kitten lol does look very clean and tidy, might have a look to see what else i can hide.:sorcerer:
  22. I have to be different on the colour scheme lol still not finished yet
  23. This thread is to gauge the interest in buying a module to enable the mirrors on a JDM zed to auto fold and open utilising the ignition/key. The switch can be used as normal, so will not affect it working manually, but have been asked many a time about the facility to auto fold. Will also work in conjunction with a turbo timer:punk: I have had an email from an avid Jap car owner who has made the modules that will work with our JDM mirror switches and will auto fold when the key in the ignition is turned off and will open again when the key is turned. Im looking at having it operate utilising the door solenoids to open and fold using the key fob. Here are a couple of links to the unit and in action http://major-sarcasm.com/mirror-matic.jpg Get your names down if you are interested in a group buy, we need at least 20 names to have the modules made at a price of £21 inc paypal fees and postage 1.Groover
