  1. If you guys can PM Richard Smith, with your details, name and address and what position you came. Now no point in lying , we will check, but saves a bit of time.
  2. You have to be subscribed to create a group buy and on a non profit basis.
  3. PM me a figure you would be happy with, i might be interested. When you get a leaving date, let us know and we can get together for a farewell drink. Cheers
  4. Hi Barry, im really pleased for you and glad things are on the up for you. It would be good to have a last meet up with you before you go, so let us know when you are leaving and see if we cant arrange a convenient date. What are you doing with the V8? Cheers Graham
  5. I got my last N/A clutch from zcentre a couple of years ago, was only about £130 for the complete kit.
  6. How many tickets Chris? do you want track time aswell?

  8. You need to speak to the NEO Vodkashots for meets/shows.
  9. You do mate and ive just given you some rep for the great laughs you give us all
  10. Thread closed: Reason, Neither Twinchip Nor the Twinz are subscribed members and detracts from our own trader in fibreglass aftermarket parts.
  11. No, the thats only if you are connecting the neutral switch wire, you will need another bit of wire to ground the pin 44 connection to the nearest best grounding point
  12. Trace the wire at pin44 and strip back the sheathing to reveal enough wire to tap into, either cut and re join with the extra wire for the neutral switch with crimps or you can use a scotchblock.
  13. TPS is the same for all models Ian
  14. The bunnyhopping sounds like the input shaft on the gearbox, mine does something similar.
  15. Yes good times John, although i wasnt around that long ago (2007) i remember reading the threads and having a chuckle at some of the antics. But then a rift appeared between certain members, things happened, and a few split off, so i guess instead of being one big happy community as it should be, people concentrated too much on forum wars, politics and having digs. Things have changed, as do members, coming and going, selling, coming back, but there will be a time ( hopefully soon) where the magic can appear once more. Ten years ago and less, people were better off, had jobs and some expendable income, now as the money is harder to come by, job prospects less, then motivation and enthusiasm for anything considered a luxury has dwindled, which has an underlying affect on nearly everyone in their attitude or outlook on life in general, not just about the cars they drive. But hey, maybe im just being sentimental and cynical, if not hopeful lol.
  16. Power steering/hicas is affected by the speedo signal. It sounds like you either have a dry joint on the speedo circuit board, common fault or the speed sensor in the gearbox or wiring for both. My speedo problem, ie similar to yours was a dry joint on the board, usually less problematic when hot.
  17. Twinchip have the same problems Joel, another reason we wouldnt deal with them. Good luck though on getting your parts.
  18. There is a rubber grommet inside the spark plug socket, which grips the plug to pull it out. You need to give it a bit of a push to fit.
  19. Richard was sorting some vouchers etc, when he gets back off his hols, it will get sorted. Apologies guys for lack of movement on the prizes. They will be rectified and sorted very soon and no one will lose out.
  20. Standard size spark plug socket will be fine, 10mm, dont confuse with a 10mm normal socket lol. The plenum gets in the way with the long reach socket.
  21. Dont buy the long socket, it doesnt have the angle and you can end up snapping the head off a plug.
  22. If we thought for one minute Pete that by allowing them to post would create sales as a registered user, it would have been pulled, as mentioned any pricing or link have and will be removed. Most are aware of the past with the Twinz and the opportunities given to them, but i decided to leave the post open for now as info only and inspiration for fellow members. I dont mind them showing what they have created, but until they actively and reasonably agree terms with a UK supplier, sales threads will be modded or deleted.
  23. Eonon or erising on ebay, cheap, work well and lots of features you wouldnt get from a named brand. These units are from China, but do have agents in the UK, so shipping is within 5 days. I have bought a few from there over the years and cant complain at the quality for the money. I have an Eonon double din, that has everything but the kitchen sink for around £125
  24. In circumstances like this the only step to be taken now is a permanent ban. Usually in some cases after a ban is issued the affected member is likely to email asking why he has been banned, therefore creating a final avenue for contact if all else has failed.
