  1. I have an N/A, just been out to the car and checked and it too has the EGI relay, so looks like someone has tried to modify it to do something else at some point.
  2. Any courier can sort that, all the boot panels for instance although bulky are not very heavy, so possibly £20-30 each way.
  3. I have another unit i could knock up and use as a DIY guide, but these are the only pics i can find when i did mine.
  4. Did your under drive pulley already have the timing mark, or did you put it in there?
  5. Welcome Squee and enjoy the club, plenty of help and parts available.
  6. We have our very own flocking guy here on the forum, alot cheaper than them too. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?147738-FLOCKING-interior-trim-parts&highlight=flocking
  7. You have blown the fuse in the drivers footwell.
  8. I would like to inform the members that Ian (300ZX_666) will no longer be continuing to offer his polishing services and on behalf of the committee and members, would like to offer our thanks and gratitude and wish him luck for the future. Many thanks Graham
  9. Did you adjust the idle air valve on a diagnostic? datascan ? adjusting the screw alone with no visible reading will be hit and miss. You are looking at an idle air reading of 15% again with the plug off the top of the valve while adjusting, then plug back in for the ECU to take over the tickover.
  10. I know what you mean, im really pleased i didnt paint it before as i have some cracking appearing in the rear light panel, where the body flexes and the rear valance on the bumper, so will be sorting that this weekend hopefully. Although its an N/A she isnt slow lol, but would love to TT her or a v8 conversion at a later date, but as a daily driver its fairly good on fuel. Yours looks much better now its one colour, it would look better using a spray gun though, better finish/coverage and not that dear for matt black paint. But i guess you can patch it up as needed with cans.
  11. Not yet Mikey, hoping to spray it next month, once ive finished re prepping the body again lol
  12. Not finished yet, still got the engine skins to be painted and fitted.
  13. Blimey thats cheap, to get a good v8 alone costs double that lol.
  14. Something to do with self leveling and headlight washers, but only if fitted. Cant be tested if not there or fitted as standard.
  15. Hehe, thats where you keep your porn stash lol, but covered it well by keeping the zed in there too.
  16. Thats right, Daz got a little mixed up and rubbed oil on his peanuts and something did start to swell
  17. After re reading your post again, it seems that you have tried most of what i suggested, your problem may lay at your indicator stalk, you may have a dry joint or short there. Failing that, have you checked behind the fusebox in the footwell, for corrosion on the board?
  18. Get another plenum and do it at your leisure, thats what i did, i didnt want to be without mine either lol.
  19. If you come to JAE Mikey, you can have free burgers and sausages, cant say fairer than that
  20. Well done for all the hard work you have put in, ive been there , but not to piss on your parade, you can still see the sanding marks in the last pic, you need to put another 20 hours in at least  to get it like a mirror
  21. They light up because there seems to be a short, then blows the fuse. As i mentioned take them all out and replace one by one, till you find the culprit. The relay would only affect the flash rate, so shouldnt be losing a fuse because of it. Check the 501bulb leds as its possible the 2 wires on the base may be touching or one may be shorting across the 2 terminals of the bulb holder.
  22. You may have sent several PM's, but to whom? Hence this thread has arisen to advise those awaiting comp prizes to PM Richard Smith, so we can get up to date and get them sent out. Cheers
  23. Did you change the flasher relay for one which is designed for leds? The load is far less on leds therefore normally flash really fast without it. I would take out/disconnect each led indicator bulb and try again, you may have a short at one of the bulbs.
  24. Of course you can Lee, but cant guarantee what the reply will be
  25. Why bother coming here just to fooking moan:no: If you want your prize sorting send a PM.
