  1. I think the problem is, they are made to order, so dont actually have stock and wont just send one bumper.
  2. I did wonder if something was wrong Jeff as i PM'd you weeks ago and thought you were ignoring me lol
  3. Happy Birthday Andy, hope you are well and have a great day.
  4. Never really seen the benefit of headlight washers without wiper blades. Its like squirting your windscreen without using the wipers, you just get a splodge of water on the window lol
  5. Ive looked at OTB and have seen some good deals, my main issue is not so much budget, ie i dont mind paying for a great holiday, its the price you end up paying for taking kids and something in my head tells me, no bloody way, nearly double in some cases, as they are considered adults as far as price for flights are concerned. One is 12 and one is 5.
  6. Costa del sol would be ideal Pete. 2 weeks in August up to 25th Im also looking at the half term week if not available August in October 26th/27th for a week if you can see if its free and how much, then i can look at flights only which isnt so bad. Cheers Graham
  7. Would love to mate, but kids still at school lol
  8. Fortunately our ABS pumps are hidden in the boot, generally if they dont see it they will assume it doesnt have it lol
  9. Hi Rich, yes fine thanks and you? If ive done them, then there will be a resistor on the back of the leg on each bulb holder on the drivers pod and soldered on the aircon pod. You can place a 12v feed to the bulb holder tracks on the board, so aircon + on the resistor and - on the track. For the drivers pod with the back of the pod facing you, the 2 outer pins at the multiplug are the feed for the leds, + upper pin - lower pin. HTH Cheers Graham
  10. H Rich, what is it you want to do, add leds? light the bulbs? You can place a 12v pos and neg to the copper track at the bulb holder. A bulb will light either polarity, an led will light only one way. There are resistors on the board anyway so might not have been modded, if you can be more specific or post up a pic.
  11. As above, sort of following on from the best UK holiday thread lol. Ive been searching for weeks on various websites for the best deal and dont do too bad, IF, it was just the two of us, but she wants to take the two boys on holiday and i find the minute you add kids into the equation, the price rockets straight up. I dont know why on flight bookings you need to put 2 kids, because regardless of age ( apart from a baby) the price is still like 4 adult prices. Looked at all the options, fully inclusive through to self catering or hiring a villa or apartment. So the question is: If you have kids and have taken or thinking of taking a holiday abroad, whats the best site to use. Best sort of price is around a grand for a week all inclusive or two weeks S/C for around the same. Cheers
  12. Mid life crisis Lol, my zed was my midlife crisis. If you love it dont set it free, if it still has that effect on you, then you should keep it. IMO of course.
  13. His missus aint bad either
  14. I have the same diagnostics scanner and no its no good for what you are after doing. Doesnt do airbags either, its just a code reader, can wipe codes and reset MIL, can do live readings but not that accurate or not much use if you dont know what the live data is supposed to be reading. Quite handy as i do lots of different cars, no good for the zed lol
  15. Happy birthday mate, have a good one.:pint::pint:
  16. You wouldnt want to stay at mine mate, 2 kids, one dog and four cats to contend with, i might go and stay in a hotel for a few days break. Isle of wight is a good place to visit, nice drive in the zed, good places to eat and lots of places to stay. The only drawback is the price of the ferry, which would pay for the hotel stay on the mainland  I went up to Gleneagles the other weekend, stunning scenery and the 5star houses at Glenmore on the estate are like a footballers pads:clap:, but very pricey. Pleased to say i didnt have to pay to stay there, but more in keeping with the direction you will be travelling. Brighton is cool for a weekend visit, lots to do, good shopping opportunity for the misses and plenty of gay bars for you:asshole:, to feel at home. London is alright, too much hustle and bustle and no where to park without paying through the nose, but if you havent been, or been there for a long time, could be worth a look.
  17. Rear brakes are the same for TT and N/A the older N/A had 280x26mm on the front, later models same as TT, measure the disc thickness, it will give you an idea of what you have. They are still available, but eventually (if you have the older 26mm) i would change to TT calipers, then future buying is easier.
  18. Yes Dave, just go to the specific post, click edit and remove the offending article. Easier to have 2 windows open when doing this, the one you are editing and the other in its entirety so you can see what you are deleting. HTH
  19. Will take a good look tomorrow and see whats occurring, will let you know what i find. Cheers for the tips, having never really had any engine probs in 5 years, i can understand some of the frustration some of you guys must feel sometimes lol
  20. It has been wet here, but never affected the car before, took her out today and the same thing happened, the filter didnt feel wet when i had a look yesterday.
  21. It only started yesterday, at about 2k-2.5k revs i get a big flat spot/holding back effect, almost like fuel starvation. Over 2.5k and under 2k revs its fine. Before i rig up datascan has anyone had a similar experience? i might even have a fault on injector 1, which may just be the plug/loom to that injector, which is affecting the revs. Idles a little lumpy and getting smoke when i boot it. All seem to be linked to a dodgy maf as a wrong air reading will also cause the above, so might be looking for another maf, but seriously thinking about a brand new one as im on my second maf in 5years. Cheers
  22. Hi Andy, a new ride section will be up and running on the next forum upgrade, so it is in the pipeline, but we have to wait a while until the creators of the new software have it ready it ready to work with the latest software. Until there there is an album you can create by clicking on MY PROFILE at the top of the page in the subheading.
  23. Welcome Dave, im sure you will do a sterling job.:thumbup1:
  24. Happy Birthday Rich, dont forget to take some pics on your track day. :thumbup1:
