Hi guys,so i found another boost leak,which seems to be where the gasket is for the plenum,My question should i do the plenum deletes while i have the plenum off and also what is the advantage?Btw what do i need for the deletes?Thanks guys

Who here remembers the time when, the day you got your zed you felt you had everything you wanted in a car no need to modify it, no need to feel a body kit would improve its looks and no needs to start talking about a big bhp engine build. A time when a Z32 300zx in standard stock form was all a guy wanted. I remember it, for me it was 1995 I bought my first zed, it was just 4.5 years old with 43k miles and I thought I had died and gone to heaven, my Sierra Cosworth which I sold to buy the zed just faded my memory within moment of driving the zed....... Hi folks As I'm sure you are all aware you've seen my project dream turn to dust. Sadly I'm left with having to break the 300, as u know it's a 1994 UK spec twin turbo with manual gearbox with low mileage. Some bits have been earmarked by members already but if there is anything you need then I'd rather bits go to the members on this forum rather than random eBay buyers. Now I'm not a breaker but am a sensible genuine person, I am happy to remove most parts but I won't attempt to remove items that I don't have the skill knowledge or machinery to do so, this will be done by my good friend who is a bmw m3 specialist. I know some will have seen it on Facebook, but following my post a few weeks back, I decided an iPad instal would be pretty cool. The glare hasn't been bad at all so far. What do you all think? I need to put the vents in and possibly change the colour of the panel. Anyone know what colour / paint would be a good match to stock plastic panels? Old Millfieldians classic car rally. A perfect day for it. My Z ran absolutely beautifully and so nice to finally see the back of those awful Tein S-Tech springs. They're in reverse order, but we ended up at the Millfield polo match and did a parade lap around the field. Had my dear old father as navigator. Got us lost twice! Here's a selection of some of the wonderful cars taking part. I didn't capture all of therm, there were about 35 in total ranging from my old Z all the way up to a Laferrari!

Anyone seen this before? I check my coolant levels all the time, but I've noticed that the black rubber seal/gasket has expanded. Anyone have any idea why this would happen or what might have caused it. So age/wrong coolant/Poor coolant mix or something else. Been on google but can't really find anything. I've added pictures of the cap and the fluid that's been used in the car. Thanks a lot, Lee

I received my latest edition through the post today - and was very pleased to see a nice article on the Z32..... …..Sure, they have pinched a little from Ian Seabrook's piece from February 2013's Classic Car Weekly, but it's still raising the profile. Albeit they are a little behind the times. Jeff closed Zedworld a few years ago - they did not mention Powerzed, the very best 300zx specialist; yet they referred to Outlaw Customs...!! ...Still, good to see we get a mention as the 300zx owners club...:cool:

Hi everyone, Was wondering if anyone can help I sent off my Control light Pod to have my LED light conversion done to Groover which I have used him before with no issues, I sent it off to him and got one reply from him on the 28th February to say he has received it and will get it sorted and posted out, I've sent numerous messages and no reply which is very strange and worrying as he has never done this before, does anyone know if he is OK or if something has happened to him, any info would be great. Hey guys! After some thought and seven years of owning Zed, I had decided to look into selling up. But! after removing the power steering solenoid, cleaning it up and tracking down some new o-rings (which I managed to find for 50p from GTP engineering, instead of £20 plus from Nissan and a three week wait) then taking him/her out for a spin, have decided to keep him. I was wondering what oil you guys use? It's been a while since a change, due to doing so few miles and its still pretty clear. I think my usual choice is either 0-30 or 5-30? Next job... front shocks and pads

I heard from CarMad today who is still mega busy but sends his regards to all. However, David did drag his Z out recently to find a thick layer of dust on the car! A new set of tyres due to storage flat spots, a good detail and MOT has seen that right though so we can hopefully look forward to seeing another Z out and about in the coming months. [emoji41]

Guys, 3rd post of the day but need some advice! I have bought a set of wheels that I don't like on the car so.........I am looking at two different sets. The first is the easier option I guess as they come in 19's meaning I can keep my brand new tyres lol (Rota Grid type wheels) The 2nd set only come in 18's but I think are the preferred, What do you guys reckon and does anyone have similar on their car? Over the last couple of weeks, my car has started to smoke when it's fully warmed up and only when idling from the offside tailpipe. After the full day driving around the lakes yesterday, it's pretty clear that performance isn't suffering but every time we pulled up for a bit, it started to smoke again! Any ideas what it could be? I have the Leyland parade in a couple of weeks, I can't have it smoking out the crowd! :lol:

Hey people, Just to let you all know, I have put my 300 on Auto trader for sale. This was a very hard decision for me to make and I am, to put it bluntly, absolutely gutted. Myself and my wife have opened a new business venture and we need funds to make it work, so the zed has to go. You may think the figure is too high, but I have valued it on the time, money and back breaking hours spent on getting my 300 to what she is today. Just spent over £4000 getting some paint work, injectors, cambelt and service (Jimmer) to get her to a saleable condition. Just thought I'd put it on here so people know it's my zed on the market. ? I’m hoping someone might be able to explain why you would both have the same profile on both the front and rear tyres? I was just about to order a set of four new tyres when I noticed that the fronts are currently 235/40/18 when the rears are 265/35/18. Cheers, Chris.

I've put all the interior back in, went for a test drive but no indicators. So went home & changed the fuse & they worked. Went back out but 10minites later no indicators again. Thinking maybe I've caught a wire as I've been putting the interior back in, gona check later. Anyone had this before?

Hello all,l am having yet another problem,when I start the car it idles around 900 rpm,but after 30 seconds or so the revs keep droping down to 500rpm until it nearly conks out,also the car doesn't seem to rev up when I turn on a/c,lights,etc.anyone know what might be wrong?Also I have a diagnostic cable if that might help.thanks guys.
