  1. Could be SPAM (which I hate), but I like my cars and dont want have to pay stupid prices for petrol, so what the hell. It seems a reasonable idea... READ THIS I know everybody hates SPAM, but just read on, this is about PETROL PRICES. Join the resistance!!!! I hear we are going to hit close to 89P a litre by the summer. Want petrol prices to come down? We need to take some intelligent, united action. Phillip Holsworth, in the USA, offered this good idea. This makes MUCH MORE SENSE than the ‘don’t buy petrol on a certain day’ campaign that was going around last April or May! The oil companies just laughed at us because they knew we wouldn’t con…

This programable ECU replacement looks like a good bit of kit: http://www.autospeed.com.au/A_0301/P_1/article.html But they dont list the Z32 under the models it covers Anyone heard if a Z32 version is on the way? I've had 3 autometer gauges now, all giving different readings. The latest one does at least read zero when switched off, but only 11psi at max boost using boost jets. I'm still not really confident that the figure is accurate, so I don't want to put smaller jets in and risk blowing the engine without checking that the 11psi is accurate first. Anyone with an accurate boost gauge near Redhill that I can hook up to my car temporarily? Also, during testing my undertray fell off . Is it a bad idea to drive the car without the undertray or is it OK until it rains?

Anyone know if there is a diagnostic to turn on the rear oil pump. Manual says it goes on at a set temp 130C (and above 75mph on the manual)and basically thats quite high. Did some fast stuff in the warm weather last week and it looks like it came on and leaked. One of the rubber pipe connections to the cooler leaked some oil onto the exhaust and rear suspension. Tightened the connections but would like to be sure its right. Otherwise emptied diff and fried diff at high speed! Gather the imports dont have this problem. Your gonna say sad git looks under his car! Well I was under to inspect the prop centre bearing which has defo sagged and I think causes transmis…

Pulled out of a junction this morning into the flow of mindless commuters only to find that when I stopped my auto box stalled on me. Its never happened before, I was thinking is it because I gave too much gas to pull out then immediately stopped?. The engine was still cold (been on for about 3 mins.). Anybody else encountered this, or is it just a one off fluke??. Tony

I've got a good HKS exhaust on the car I'm about to sell (2 years old, with invoice). If anyones has £250 plus a reasonable standard exhaust on their car to swap it with, then let me know. It has two single pipes at the back. Its from the cat back. Nice condition. Other bits you might be interested in is a UK owners manual (has wiring diagrams etc too). Also a new pair of JBL front speakers. Thanks AndyZ

I have just had a full system made (cats removed) and fitted by Ascar in Sheffield on my swb Z32 - not sure it's a 'performance' one but it looks great and sounds great, and came with a 25 year guarantee for less than £500 inc vat (took a full day so saw lots of Sheffield town centre) The fitter is called John.

The clock that shows the time of posts is fast. I just posted at 7:24 and when I next looked two minutes later the forum said I'd posted at 7:30. I therefore calculated that it was now 7:32 and I hadn't switched on Eastenders. This caused significant stress. Please correct this immediately or I will not pay you any more money.
