19" Tyre Advice

ive just ordered a lovely set of 19" alloys for me beloved Zed, happy days!!

They are coming with 265/30 on the rear and 235/35 on the front.

does anyone knoe if that is the best size of tyres or not, and if so what would they recommend. I think the alloys are 8.5x19 all round

Think you are pushing it a little with 8,1/2" rears you want 10" for a 265.

I have 19" wheels blitz z1 with 10" at rear

8.5 fronts

using 275/30/19 tyres on rear and 245/35/19fronts

but the rear don't sit quite on the edge of the rim, as the fronts I would suggest 300 plus or go to a 9" rim

if you have a look in my rides section and take a good look at the rear tyres youl' see what I mean(plus point speedo isn't far out at though)

thx for the advice guys. im emailing them to see if i can get a wider rear alloy.

1 thing tho Syko your tyres dont look wide enough for the rim. i dont know if thats what you mean, but id say that means u need a rear alloy with less width and maybe a 265 youd fit good on a 8.5 rear. i dont know ill email them and see what they say

thx guys smile.gif
