I have just got hold of a copy of Desktop Dyno 2000. So for my first 'project' I would like to do a simulation for Z32 TT engine. Does anyone here have exact specifications for our engine? I need all obvious stuff, bore, stroke, etc. I also need more in depth info like cam timing, valve sizes, turbo type (std) boost pressure etc etc. Any more info I have left off please let me know, too much is never enough :D If anyone knows where (on the 'net) I can go and find such data, then also let me know :) Many thanks in advance, Robert.

My rear wing is looking tatty. Where is the best place to get a slock look a like wing. The Z-Centre is £185. Any where else sell them? Stuart

Is real carbon fibre easy to use or purely a cunt? Is the fake stuff just as good?

[RANT ON] I finished my night shift, went home for some kip, get woken up 2 hours later by loads of loud banging(this is 09:45am on Sunday remember). Now the russians next door are always doing some sort of f*cking DIY, shouting in russian or the son is jumping around like a rabid babboon But I thought this hammering wont last long(our houses share floorboards), but it went on and on and I snapped! This was the last straw as for two weeks I get waken every morning by their banging and shouting. I got dressed went down stairs and not thinking I picked up my heavy duty 2½ foot long Torque Bar and started banging on the door(with my hand). They were slow to open but…

basically its so i can wire my turbo timer(rpm + speed sensor) also im interested in what each wire into the ecu does? any help guys? jaylox

Hi all, I've just got my Z back on the road after replacing: front brake discs, all brake pads, all brake hoses, all shocks and tie rod bushes. It's now running 1000% better than before (ie. it stops when I tell it to) but there's a loud thump from under the front when I brake hard or turn sharply. What have I done wrong? What should I check? I'm pretty sure I tightened everything...! Ta.

andy,for the turbo timer,where do i connect the grey wire for the handbrake,ive removed all the centre panel and cant find where to connect(splice)the grey wire to? jay

Just found this on TT net....Beware! Paul Just a little warning about John Samartzis aka MRZ32 from Australia. If you have any kind of problem whatsoever, you have no recourse with him. He does not inform you that there are absolutely no returns or refunds when you purchase his "JWT" chip no matter what. hi guys ive just started looking into getting some uprated blow off valves,can anyone give me some ideas what to go for? and also tell me what the plus's or negatives are in getting uprated b,o,v's. im new to the "moddin" experience and would appreciate any advice or suggestions. my car is a 93 TT WITH:- UPRATED TURBOS K&N INDUCTION MONGOOSE EXHAUST CHIPPED WAITING TO GET A BOOST CONTROLLER(JETS AT THE MOMENT) WAITING TO GET 550/600 INJECTORS WAITING FOR NEW TURBOS,INTERCOOLERS,OIL COOLERS. can anyone give me some ideas on any other mods i need im looking to reach about 550-600 bhp hopefully by the end of the year jay

Hi peeps, I recently discovered my nearside front wheel is giving excessive play because the lower ball joint has leaked all its oil. I'm thinking about ordering a pair to replace both front ball joints- I'll also check the rear as well and perhaps do those too. Is this an easy job and are there anything to watch out for and what is the expected cost of these parts? Thanks in advance, Van

I was trying to modify my UK TT wing mirrors with Jap spec ones that electrically fold in. Unfortunately earthed the live feed to the switch now no 12v... In the owners manual it states that there is a fuse box in the passengers compartment is this so, and where in the passengers compartment??? Failing that does anybody know where the fuse is for the wing mirrors + clock (thats dead as well) cheerz, Alex
