Hiya I can't get any gears on my manual box, when I do force it in they won't disengage properly, something to do the the clutch slave/master cylinder?? I can't get into my garage until Wednesday next week, so I won't be driving it again. Any sugesstions on what it might be and how major it will be to fix. Regards JOHN

My Navan gear knob just arrived from Courtesy and I had to pay £32.68 to UPS. So thats's £19.17 tax, £3.51 duty and a £10 admin fee FFS !!!! in addition to the $50+ shipping Anywho, looking more closely they seem to have forgotten to bill me for the two sets of injector harnesses and a little rubber spongrel thingy for the gearbox, so maybe my @rse doesn't feel so sore after all. And the Navan knob is sooooooo nice ....

Went into Halfords/Ripspeed to order a Momo Jet steering wheel. They tried to palm me off with a Ripspeed version, told me the wheel was exactly the same but with a ripspeed badge on instead of a Homo! LOL I wanted a Homo coz it's got the carbon fibre surround in the middle and is just plain black(not into all this loud shite or shiney arse! IMO) which the Ripspeed didn't have. OK, so as is the norm in this god forsaken country nowt is ever, ever in stock!!! So Harrys ring their supplier to check availability. Ring me up and say "No problem, next day mate! I floored it this morning after she was fully warmed up and a large puff of back smoke came out. This only happend the once, did not repeat the next time I floored it. She is also very sluggish at the moment. Any ideas? Just had an oil change??

It just struck me - on the centre section of the Nissan OEM exhaust I just took off, there were lots of shields and stuff. Do they need taking off and adding to the Mongoose or are the two exhausts different and complete in themselves? ------------------

So this is not my best subject at all, tell me i'm looking for a retrim in half leather and half Alcantara, seen many samples of the Alcantara at shows, but what excatly is it ? is there a poor man's version of it and is there any other names it's known by, especially in states, hope someone can answer this. cheers smithy

Hi chaps links below are of a Silver jap spec zed I saw in the road in Birmingham, it is a 1990 needs a bit of TLC and a clean but the guy is only looking for £2,500! the last photo is of a set of wheels available with the car at an extra cost,not saying it`s the best but at that price it may make a good project car? just out of curiosity or im being dumb,is there any mods you can do to an autobox to improve on it,mine seems slow to change gear(2nd to 3rd)does anyone no anything about autobox's.let me no thanks .jay
