I might want those wheels of yours - this has been recommended to me. 2 quick questions: mine's a J spec so has the thinner wheels on the rear. Are the UK spec wheels a simple swop? No spacers or fiddling or c**p like that?

2ndly - are they in good enough nick to come up nice and lovely with a bit of TLC / refurb?

Wheels are a bit scabby mate so could do with a refurb. Tyres are brand spankers though.

 

Straight swap mate as far as I know, no spacers needed etc.

So come on chaps, tyres have done less than 1K miles...hell I've even got the receipts back home as they were fitted for a couple of weeks before the car went into PPS!

Timmy - if "on your honour" the wheels will come up nice after a refurb, I'm interested.

shaunmac - I only want the wheels (really, only the rear ones but I understand I would need to get the set) so would be happy to split costs and let you have the tyres.

If the wheels are a bit doggy, that's OK - just don't want them - I have a doggy set already!

Gio, if yours are already doggy why can't you save yourself all this hassle and get yours refurbed?

 

Doesn't really matter how bad they are, refurb guys can make them look like brand new!

 

Wheels are at PPS, I now have Mat Lad after them aswell.
